Functions nicely, fast, love the retinal display, you barely have to depress the pad for ease of clicking, light to carry.

After being a Dell and HP user for years when it came it computers, I had finally decided to convert to Apple. I have other Apple devices and that's one of the reasons why I chose this. I am in my second year of college so I do a lot of school work on my laptop. It is a great weight and size. The keyboard having a backlight is a huge plus as well. I also do photography as a hobby, so I have a photo shop software on here and the touch pad is perfect. I have yet to have a problem with it, but I have only had it for 2 months now. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but I know it will last me a long time.

Purchased this for my wife who is an Apple fan. I typically avoid Apple products as I've always been PC prone. After a couple weeks though, she frequently gets annoyed as I am on her Macbook. While still learning all the annoying differences between PC and Mac, the biggest seller for me is the trackpad. All the different gestures and shortcuts are about as useful as my instinctive Ctrl+whatever motions. I will say that you have to go big with this purchase though. If you've already decided you want an Apple, don't limit yourself with smaller storage or slower speeds. Move funds around and get top tier.

The MBP is super fast, and I can have several huge applications open at once with no perceptible slow down. The boot time is incredible and the flash dive is the way to go in our day. The one slight negative is that there is no CD/DVD drive. The slim form factor is really sweet, Battery life is right at 10 hours.

This is such a powerful computer that evokes style and sleekness! Macs over PC anyway! Such a fast processor and so light weight with a crystal clear display.

i bought a macbook pro and it had problems right out of the box. i returned it to best buy with little hassle and turned right around and bought another one.

My first laptop. Have had Apple iMac with a trackpad so using the MacBook Pro was a breeze. The size is perfect for me and easy to use and take with me. The retina display is important to me because I like to take photos. Battery seems to last a long time. I am very happy with my purchase

I am very excited when I opened my brand new macbook, It's the perfect size, and perfect color (Silver). I choose the 512 G newest one since I want to keep it for at least 3 years and hope in three years, the configuration of this computer is still good enough. I didn't find any problems with it, the display is fine, the weight is fine and the keyboard is OK. Maybe I need to buy some protecters to keep the screen and keyboard from abrasion. by the way, I bought this product in shop, the bestbuy sales assistant on Mayfield, Cleveland, Ohio is very helpful.

I switched over to a Mac 3 years ago for work. Till now my job always provided me with a Macbook Pro 15". Since then I was sold on Macs. Now I have finally decided to buy my own. I decided to buy a 13", mainly because I use a second monitor anyway. I have to say that I hardly notice I have a 13" screen instead of a 15"! Even after having worked on a 15" for so long. Also, the retina screen and the tech specs on the current macs are very good. 3 years ago I had some issues because I am a bit of a power user. Nowadays; no problems at all!

I love this laptop. It's very fast and the picture is crystal clear. It's very light and easy to carry. It is a very powerful computer.

Apple always amazes me, even though there are many people out there that claim Apple products do not give people way to customize. Well there is a reason why you can't customize and that is because they are concerned with safety. Which I do love that fact. I had to replace my 2009 MacBook Pro because the wi-fi card started to give out (Boo) but I do like this MacBook pro, because it is: Light weight Battery life is great The Retina display is awesome It starts up quick The speakers are amazing Now I got this at a great price, because I am a college student. It can be pricey but you get what you pay for. That is my motto.

First Mac, and I am beyond impressed. Once adjusted to the new interface, the design and workflow on this is way more efficient and intuitive as compared to Windows, IMO. The flash storage is ridiculously fast. Everyone basically wants instant results these days, when it comes to technology, and that's pretty much what you get with this flash storage. The macbook is light, sleek, and sturdy. The battery life is WAY better than any PC I've ever had. Can't recommend this enough, you will not be disappointed.

I have owned Macs of one sort or another since 2009 and I can honestly say the new 13 inch MacBook Pro with Retina display is Perfect! Compact , but not too small. Light weight (almost a pound lighter than its previous version). The keyboard is improved with a little more touch to the keys and the touch pad beats any PC laptop or previous MacBook. Worth the upgrade no matter what you have at home.

Another home run from Apple! I love my MacBook Pro. The screen resolution is incredibly crisp, clear and the colors pop! I've written many superlatives about the 13.3" MacBook, and I think I've exhausted my resources of positive adjectives and attributes. It simply is the best laptop I've ever owned, be it an Apple or a Windows product. If you want a high quality, dependable, easy to operate laptop, look no further than a MacBook Pro or Air. You won't be disappointed.

I got this laptop to replace my older Macbook Pro and let me tell you, you can defiantly tell that it's an upgrade. It is much faster, the force touch on the keypad feels real, it is thin and semi light (compared to my last laptop). It holds a charge longer, and the display seems to be much better.

After doing my homework and reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this macbook pro, replacing a 6 year old macbook air with limited memory. This new macbook pro has much room for storage, light weight, fast speed, and long lasting battery life which lasts pretty much all day long of use.
