I love this computer. It has great functioning capabilities and the touch bar is awesome. I like how light it is, but works much better than a MacBook Air in my opinion.

Simply amazing design and flawless functions. Speed is crazy fast and touch bar IS a must. Once you start using it, you will never stop. GET THIS MBP! Worth every penny!

Retina - cool. Low profe, light weight - awesome. Touch bar - surprisingly useful. Negatives - Maybe it's the light weight, but my MacBook Air 11" feels a bit more quality build than this one. Also audio stops working from time to time - have to restart. Heard battery performance is spotty, although I've had no problems there.

Charges fast and everything loads super fast with the SSD. Would definitely recommend to others. The only downfall is that it has NO USB ports. It only has 4 USB-C ports and you have to buy adapters for your older equipment, but it is definitely worth the upgrade!

Love the new keyboard,touchbar, and weight. Like the concept of the usb-c plugs but it's a little inconvenient right now until everything else starts to follow in-suit.

I previously owned a MacBook Air that I used mainly for school. I had a custom built desktop but decided that with school it would be better to just have a laptop. This laptop is light and has good battery life. Although it only has USB-C it is still really nice. Note that you will need adapters for just about everything. I bought a few. Now I have this laptop function as a desktop when I am home plugged into a 34" Ultra wide. Build quality is great. Keyboard is much better than before and I loved it before. The Touch Bar is really nice and does work well. Although probably not neccecary. I personally got the Touch Bar version only because I wanted the 4 ports instead of two because I wanted to be able to have multiple things plugged in at once. However, I have found that I never have more than one or two adapters plugged in at a time anyone as the adapters that I have do multiple things, (USB HDMI, Power passthrough etc). As you probably know Apple is expensive but they are well built and are fast. I would have liked an i7 with more storage but decided that I didn't want to pay any more money. Would recommend.

Loved it have no issues with it, it's helping me on a daily baisis in college. It's small yet fast and comfortable not too heavy to cary around when your on the go.

LOVE how easy this laptop is to use! So fast and the screen is amazing. I was worried that the 13" screen was too small but it's perfect! Also love the new touch bar!

so far I love my Mac and I'm transitioning from a dell, I love all the features on the touch bar and Siri is always practical to have the battery has a long life, only reason why I'm not giving It 5 stars is because I don't love the fact that I have to use adapters for everything (HDMI, usb, cd). Other than that I love it!

This is the best MacBook yet. I bought it to replace my old one. I love the touch bar and it is super fast. It weighs so much less compared to my old MacBook.

Geez what can I say this thing is a powerhouse in a small frame. Gets everything done in a snap. The touch-bar is genius. Doesn't weigh anything. I love it.

I've always been afraid to get a Macbook because I thought it would be too difficult to learn how to use. But it was so easy! The computer is so fast and I actually enjoy being on my laptop instead and getting frusturated that nothing will load.

This was our first MacBook purchase. We have only used it a few times but love the battery life. The size is also great, love how light it is. Great buy.

I love the new macBook Pro with the touch bar. It is everything I need in a portable. Fast. Responsive. User friendly even for a returning Mac user.

As my child go onto the big world, I wanted to buy her something that she wanted so she can utilize for her next journey into the world of college.

The new format of the Mac book pro is surprising. First they decided that USB2 was too yesterday to include on this model, also I went with the no cdrom drive to save on weight and size. The best feature that have used so far is the touch task bar. There are some menus that I do not or have not yet used but for the most part I find this kind of fun if nothing else. I do like the touch to unlock, it is convenient. I am upset that my drawing pad no longer works with my machine. I just bought that and was getting used to using it. Now the drivers are not supported by this os and there is not a viable way of using the drawing pad as it was usb2. Even with an adapter- not a good solution by the way- it would not recognize or function. Boo. So there are positives and negatives to the new format, when they figure out how to retro fit current hardware I might up that 4 to a 5. I will recommend this to a friend but also issue a warning to really research their current set up and the compatibility with this format/OS.
