If you are an Apple fanatic then I suspect you will be very pleased with the MacBook Pro. It is a very reliable computer and the touchbar and fingerprint scanner are nice features. This is my wife's computer and she is an Apple fanatic. I on the other hand use Windows based computers at work and prefer to do the same at home... I find them to be more bang for the buck. That said this is still a nice computer.

The new touch bar technology is fantastic. The new connection types requires an adaptor.

just received the new mac with touch bar and its a great upgrade. The pro is SO much lighter, almost air book thin and the touch bar is so cool and makes navigation through the different windows a breeze!

This little machine can do it all. I've been a Mac user for the past 10+ years and have watched the systems evolve. Using iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, a Mac Pro, numerous MacBook Pros and iMacs, I can tell you that this little beast holds its own. I was skeptical of the fingerprint login and the touch bar, but I've been more than pleased. It has the processing power to edit video in Adobe Premier, design with InDesign and edit in Photoshop...simultaneously! The processing power and speed of a solid state drive make this little machine quite powerful. I use an iPad Pro (12") for work but found I couldn't create in the way I wanted. The MBP has surpassed that in every possible way.

This Mac is grand. It's beautiful display and lightweight body make it even better.

I bought this computer for my wife and she loves it. The Touch Bar is great for quick answers. The only problem is that u need to buy a separate attachment to use a USB port.

Was able to buy this laptop after a significant price cut, by using a competitor's price listing for a price match. Keep in mind, this is the 2016 model that does not have the newer processor. If you can get this on sale for less than full retail, then it's a good deal, but don't pay full price. Not a huge fan of the touchbar, it's way too easy to hit it by mistake. The keyboard is also prone to sticking if any stray crumbs or debris get into the mechanism. I didn't have this problem with 2013 MacBook Air that I used for over 3 years daily for work. It's definitely faster than my 2013 MacBook Air, and can handle more chrome tabs being open. I also love the finger print sensor.
