I've found this mac to be perfect for school, added Microsoft office and it's perfect.

My husband purchased this for me when my old macbook died. I needed a good laptop for editing photos, etc. and he surprised me and I was ecstatic! Love everything about it. Fast, and the images are sharp and clean! Can't go wrong with a Mac!

Have to say have had every variation of every MacBook or laptop they have put out. to date, this is by far my fav. The touch bar is so handy and it will continue to been even more efficient when developer really start working with the code. If you can get it, do it.

This is a great notebook for a freshman in college. The mid-grade processor compared to the size is why I feel it is a great notebook. The flash storage helps in keeping it from over heating. Plus, the Apple quality rounds it out as an exceptional notebook. I love it!

Best Buy’s open box deals are hard to beat. Awesome price for an excellent laptop.

I hate when I get different products and return them. I tried a laptop from every Windows maker and not a single one was anywhere near the performance quality of the MacBook. I was trying to use something different but no Windows laptop was close to a MacBook.....

this was a gift for our son for HS graduation as he starts his venture to college life. we ready tons of reviews and agree with all of them that this machine has everything and more than he will need for his college life. we are so happy with the purchase no doubt!

i really like how responsive this laptop is, have had it for about 2 weeks now and have not run into any issues aside from the fact that you have to purchase a dongle in order to connect any outside devices to the laptop, but that's not much of a hssle at all

Apple is the standard bearer for quality build and performance. I got this for my son, who is soon heading to college. Like all Apple products, it's a cut above the PC world and is as intuitive as usual. I just gotta say -- is it worth the extra $500 or so that you'll spend to get the equivalent Dell, HP, etc.? That's a trough call. I think, at the end of the day, when you look at all of the above, the specs, the resale price, the longevity of the product, the answer is likely yes.

This device was well worth the wait, I love mac , and it's color is doe tabular, the folders are so easy to locate and label, and my man loves the garageband so this is indeed a mega device you must own for small business, school, or even to spoil yourself.

We bought this for my daughter's high school graduation present to get her ready for college. I wanted her to have it to get used to it going from a pc to a mac. It's so intuitive and is so wonderful. She loves it and it does everything easily. I'm jealous.

Apple never disappoints with the quality of their MacBooks. The space gray model is simply stunning. I bought the 13" touch bar model and it is great. It'll be even better once more developers get on board with implementing the touch bar in their applications.

The computer is a great tool for college. My daughter loves her new computer.

This MacBook looks amazing, especially in space gray! Love how the new keyboard feels and how thin the bezels are. The touchpad can be pretty useful at times as well but I'm hoping third party applications will expand on it. Thant being said, If you heavily rely on USB A, this new MacBook might be more of a hassle than a convenience. I don't mind using an adapter until USB C becomes mainstream but others might find it difficult. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

Bought it when it sales with a student deal together. Simply best laptop.

I am forced to use Window's PCs & Laptops at work. I enjoy the advantages that I get from my MacBook for personal use. I love the security, the speed of processing and the perfect screen clarity of the HD display. My MS Office 365 runs great on Apple.

I am a full apple fan, so I might be biased, but this product is great!
