Doesn't crash, starts up quick, syncs files through iCloud easily to phone and numbers and pages work well. Some excel files don't calculate in numbers though.

This notebook is great for mydaughter's graphic design assignments. It is helping in keeping us connected and to seek help on her assignments. Great tutoring tool.

The new MacBook completed what I needed for my Apple devices. The battery seems to drain fast with little usage so I have to call to see if I have the settings wrong. With it being new, they will replace it, if the battery is bad. I don't use the touch bar much so I could've probably went with the lower priced model.

This was my first MacBook purchase I normally get my hp laptop or desktop and keep it moving. Worth the investment and the price match saved me from ordering it.

I really enjoy the aesthetic of this product. I also like being able to unlock the screen with only a fingerprint.

The computer is quality Apple. And the service of the Best Buy sales reps was tremendous. I seriously considered a PC but ultimately decided to go with a MAC

Absolutely loves this computer Would recommend to anyone great college computer costly but well worth it originally had another new computer & it died.

This is a great Apple product. Very user friendly. The security is good so I don't have to worry about viruses slowing down the efficiency of the computer.

Of course it's an Apple so it just works. Great graphics and has all of the features we needed. Bought it for our college student to last all four years.

After upgrading from my 2009 MacBook Pro model this is by far a great upgrade sound from this laptop is amazing the keyboard is wonderful some might think it's not good but it gets some getting used too the only thing I'm not happy with is the battery life it's alright but I was expecting more life out of it

I bought an "open box" MacBook for a discount. Laptop was in good working condition, as certified by the Geek Squad. I did not know I would need adaptor(s) to allow external devices to connect to the laptop, so I had to buy an adaptor hub online, which arrived a couple days after my laptop purchase.

I love my new computer and so glad I bought it. I will be using for work and school. Apple computers last for such a long time. I am glad I purchased it!

At least 3 employees were attentive and eager to help us. So kind, patient and encouraging! I will definitely tell others about my excellent experience.

This is the best laptop I've ever owned. Great for Music, Film, Art, and Office work. It's a must buy for those if you looking for a new Laptop!
