I purchased this laptop for school and editing mainly. It is beyond amazing and I’m a total Apple fan, the touch bar is an amazing feature just to have. Will always recommend this.

I was a little held up by the price for the newer model of the pro, but after I spoke to a great sales representative I was convinced. The new Touch ID bar is a game changer as is it used on almost all programs used on the laptop, and personalization seems to have no end! Lightning quick results from all commands and searchs top it all off to make this lightweight, professional, and customizable MacBook one of the best on the market!

This is my first Mac purchase, and I am not disappointed. I read quite a bit of reviews, watched youtube videos on it, and spoke to some friends who have owned Mac's, so I felt comfortable dishing out the money. Apple does a great job making laptops that last far beyond the normal lifespan of most laptops. The only downside is the price, but what do you expect for a product that will last you literally 5-8 years and still work well.

Great display, fast processor, and love the touch bar. The 4 type-c inputs make it very convenient.

Having mostly used Dell laptops for most part of my life, this is something I had been longing to buy and having finally bought it do not have enough words in my vocabulary to best describe it. The Touch ID bar makes life so simple which is a major plus point. The only negative point is there are no USB ports so you would need thunderbolt to USB converters which is a way of Apple selling more accessories but I knew it and bought it anyways

Very impressed at how light, fast, reliable the computer has been. Great display and functionality.

We bought this computer to replace why wife's 2011 MacBook Pro. She mostly uses it for everyday tasks, and it handles those perfectly. We are an all Apple family and this was just a natural progression from what we had. She was going to go with last years model but decided to get the latest. She loves how light it is and easy to take with her. It was a big change from the computer she was using. Definitely glad we went this route.

I love my MacBook Pro there is so much you can do. The touchbar is what really drew me to purchase this MacBook. Hopefully apple can make one with touchbar and touch screen.

My first time buying a Mac and I am so far happy with it. It processes fast and gets the job done. I love my MacBook Pro, just would loooove it more if they had rose gold!!

I had an older MacBook and this one is WAY lighter! It's super fast and I love the touch bar!

I bought this computer for my daughter to use at college. She loves it and I understand why - it's lightening fast, reliable, lightweight. The couple of times I've gotten to borrow it, I never want to give it back. When my old PC finally dies, it will be Mac products from now on for ol' mom. I see what the fuss is all about!

Got a great deal with sale and student deals coupon. Lightweight but powerful. I hate that it doesn't have a usb drive. That's how they get you to buy extra garbage that should come on a computer already but pc sucks so not much you can do but fold to mac. Touch bar is a little annoying too because its sensitive so if you accidently graze it with a finger when typing it will possibly change screens.

Replacing my old 2009 MacBook Pro which still worked but had slowed down considerably. Couldn't be happier with this one which is lighter and thinner but much more powerful than my old one. I am sad that they got rid of all of the connections particularly the hdmi port, this is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. I love the Touch ID bar, I find it even more useful than I had anticipated, as well as the fingerprint for Apple Pay and communication with my Apple Watch. The new larger touchpad is awesome- I believe it has palm recognition so I rarely if ever have any issues with the cursor jumping due to hitting it while I am typing. I have not experienced any issues so far but know that if I do apple is really good to work with!

Have had many apple products, but never a mac. I migrated to the iPad, but found myself needing flash for some things I wanted to do. Bought a windows 10 pic, and absolutely hated it. I've hated windows since windows 8. Decided to return the pic, and pony up a few more bucks for this macpro. Wow, it lightning quick, and very intuitive. Not hard to learn from the iPad either. Very happy with the purchase.

Quick with speed, sleek look, and the added touch bar feature is the future! 10/10

Absolutely love this laptop. It's thinner and lighter than the prior version, and at about 3 lbs, it's a nice size. Doing my typical work, I'm usually getting between 8-10 hours battery life; there has been much written about the battery life of this machine, but it's been great for me. Screen is fantastic. The keyboard took a little getting used to, but after a few days I started to like it a lot.

I had my old MacBook for 8 years. This one is even better. Lighter. Faster. Sleek.
