Open box was in great condition and saved quite a bit for me. 10/10 recommend checking out Best Buy’s “excellent” condition open box items for accessories. Not sure that I’d buy an actual iPad/laptop, etc - but for the keyboard this is a great value.

Light weight and sturdy for a keyboard. Normally I have struggled to keep a keyboard connected but this one connects automatically and works perfectly.

Excellent addition to the IPad! Easy to install and it folds down for easy storage.

The key board works great. The only complaint is that when you use the touch screen the screen shacks a little.

This is seamless and sleek only thing we would like is a place for the Apple Pencil! Unlike my last keyboard cover I had on my 6th gen iPad Pro which kept the pencil from falling out! I have had to look for the pencil multiple occasions not fun!

I’ve tried to get away with getting different brands for my wife. I should have never bought her one in the first place. This keyboard cost more but you will not regret it. This is the only keyboard she likes for her I-Pad, 3 I-Pads later I will still try a cheaper version and I end up sending back to just go buy the Magic Keyboard. Save yourself time and money just get it.

Bought my daughter a new iPad for her birthday. She is a pianist so she uses the iPad to store her sheet music and makes notes on the compositions. Highly recommend for a busy performer!

The build quality is fantastic as usual for an official Apple product. Having a charging port built into the cover allows the port on the iPad to be used for other devices which is fantastic. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the tablet isn’t super well balanced if not sitting in a flat surface like a table, but it’s manageable.

The Magic Keyboard for the 13” iPad Pro (M4) is incredibly well-built. The typing experience feels just like a high-end laptop, the trackpad is smooth and responsive, and the floating design is both sleek and functional. It instantly turns the iPad into a true productivity machine. My only complaint? The price. It’s definitely expensive—but if you’re going all-in with the iPad Pro, this keyboard matches its quality perfectly.

Excellent response and backlit. Strong magnetic force, keeps the tablet stable. Keys are responsive.

I also have last year's model. This new one is much better constructed. It is IPAD Pro M4 and M5 compatible. Very pleased so far.

As my first open box purchase I was crossing my fingers. I was pleasantly surprised on the prestine condition. I had purchased this on my way to an event when my knock off keyboard stopped working. I purchased online and was able to get this at the closet Best Buy. The process and product were amazing. Thanks Best Buy for saving me!!

I was hesitant about getting this particular keyboard mostly due to the price, but I’m so happy with my purchase. The connection between this keyboard and my iPad is seamless, no Bluetooth or anything required. You place your iPad on this keyboard and it just works, like Magic!!
