I have had a iMac for 7 years now and mine did not come with rechargeable batteries. That's what this buys you and while you cannot recharge it while you use it, you can recharge it in a couple of hours while you are not. It's a great mouse and no more buying batteries every month.

very easy to connect - no replaceable battery on this model, which is different than my last. Hopefully the battery will last for a long time!

I was tired of using a USB mouse with my Mac mini so bought this. Set up was easy and it is rechargeable. No changing batteries.

I really enjoy this mouse when I'm browsing on my Mac. It has multiple gestures that you can utilize that similarly mimic the trackpad gestures. The set-up and connection is super easy. It also comes with a black USB-A to Lightning cable. As for the cons, it is kinda pricey for a mouse and after a while I find myself wanting to use the trackpad again. It just isn't so ergonomic compared to other mice on the market.

Haven't had to charge it yet! Works better than expected. Definitely saves time, money and aggravation by not having to change the batteries.

Not too bad, I am very happy with Magic mouse 2, I don't worry to replace the battery and it hold charge very long time if you don't use it :)

The Magic Mouse is a great addition to your gear for Mac. It connects flawlessly. Would be nice if Apple provided a case for it.

This is the best mouse I have ever owned. Love the way it curves to your hand and the way you can change the settings to fit your own style.

I think it's a bit expensive, but all of apple products usually are. It's awesome with the MacBook Air. It connects instantly. The battery lasts really long. It is fragile, and I haven't found a good case to carry it around. But overall I'm happy with my purchase, No essencial, but definitely a want!

Saw the mouse when we were shopping for a printer and got some great information about how easy it is to use and install from the associate and came back a week later once I upgraded my iMac and bought it. It is easy to use and I no longer need to buy batteries just plug it into my computer to charge when need! Great mouse and good service from Best Buy!

I bought this rechargeable Magic Mouse to replace my old battery powered one after I purchased a new Mac mini with the M1 chip. The computer was draining the batteries in the old mouse every few weeks. This one works great, and I haven't had to charge it yet.

Nice mouse, bit pricey, live the simplicity yet its versatility such as touchscreen feel and functions. Not too ergonomic and somewhat slippery and sleek on smooth surfaces (careful it doesn’t leave your hand or worse, fall off your desk). Nice sleek design and color. Great rechargeable battery life. Takes time to get use to it, going from a traditional PC mouse to this Apple mouse

Typical Apple quality - excellent in every way! It connected easily to my MacBook Pro and is easier to use than the touchpad.

Easy to use, basically touchscreen. I love it. The battery last so long, I charged it like the first day I bought it and hadn’t had to charge it since. The battery has lasted over a month so far. If you have a Mac, you may as well complete the set. Go for it

I was a bit hesitant on purchasing this product since I already owned the previous version. I was skeptical regarding how long the rechargeable battery would last. I must say, after using it for quite sometime I am truly impressed not only at how long the battery lasts but how the mouse feels. It is very smooth compared to the previous model.

Just replaced my old Magic Mouse which lasted 5 years or more. I like the new charging ability on the new one. Its a classic!
