Quality product with rechargeable batteries. Has more features than the older version. Sleek design with a nice feel. Easy to use. No need for pad. Works well on desktop.

Love this mouse for the iMac. It Bluetooth’s too all iMacs if needed uses a charger when dead cannot complain!

Best mouse ever. Very light with fast response and accurate. Battery life is extremely long. A bit expensive but worth it.

Same great built quality as the first gen Magic Mouse, but it seems to work better and more fluidly. I like not having to use AA batteries anymore and I can just charge it with buy lightning cables. Space Grey looks nice with my space grey MacBook as well. Setting it up is a breeze (just connect it to your computer once with a lightning cable and it's connected). If you're looking for a super erconomic mouse this might not be for you, however I love it. The gestures (swiping left-right/up-down) are what make this mouse the best mouse in the world.

I already had a recent purchase of a MacBook Air but found that using it without a mouse was like trying to work with my other MacMini mouse or my iPad without even a touch pad. I was hitting fingers on the table or feeling for a mouse all while looking at the screen. It was confusing maddening when in a hurry on Zoom meetings or research projects. SO, I purchased an Apple Magic Mouse 2 and it truly made a magical difference when working with my MacBook Air. I love it and what a difference it made.

Nice and sleek little mouse. Works very well on any type smooth surface. The only reason it's not a 5 star is that you can't use it while it's charging.

Along with buying macbook, i bought magic mouse too. Very easy installation. Smooth flow, great quality product. But, its not something you really need in the sense that Macbook touch pads are great to use anyways. It would be more useful for desktop users. Another downside of using it with macbook is that mac touch has tons of gestures and mouse supports few of them. So adaptability is difficult -switching between touchpad and mouse.

I have been using a Magic Mouse with my Apple computers for years and the purchase of this Magic Mouse 2 was simply an aesthetic decision because I liked the space gray (as opposed to the only other color option for the Magic Mouse... white). I love the touch surface on the Magic Mouse, the battery life is really good, and charging is pretty simple with a lightning cable (which I happen to use for other devices, which makes it pretty convenient). I sometimes have issues with cursor tracking, especially on the worn wooden surface of my desk. Sometimes a mouse pad seems to help... sometimes it doesn't. Not sure what is up with that. Regardless, the integration of the features of this mouse with macOS makes it a great mouse for me. It's just annoying that they are charging a $20 premium for a different color.

It's a good mouse but...charging it requires extra cords and stuff to buy. Anything that Apple can do to make things more difficult, they seem to do it!

Bought this to replace an old wireless mouse from Apple that broke and this paired as soon as we turned it on and works great!

Replacing an old one. This has been my favorite mouse to use. Works great. Easy to pair with computer and charge.

Not the cheapest mouse available but works well with my MacBook and looks the part. Would definitely but again if I needed a new mouse for an Apple product.

The mouse was easy to connect and has function perfectly. The cost is a bit high, like most Apple products, but so far it has performed to that level.

Had an older one that took batteries. Still have it but use it on a different computer. So nice not to have to change batteries anymore. Single charge has lasted me 3 weeks

I absolutely love this mouse. It is sleek and keeps its charge for a very long time. I definitely prefer it to a regular mouse and would purchase again.
