I use this mouse with my MacBook Pro and I absolutely love it except for one thing - the charging port is on the bottom so you cannot use the mouse while it is charging. Still giving it 5 stars because one charge lasts a long time. Very sleek and I love the gestures you can use on the top of the mouse.

I was forced to buy a replacement for the Mouse that came with my Mac when my old one stopped working one day. When I went into Best Buy my jaw dropped on the floor when they told me it was $80! So I bought it, but also picked up a Logitech for $12 on sale to see if it would work (or if it would be compatible) Not only was Logitech way cheaper, but it worked immediately within seconds and was so comfortable in my hand while using. While the $80 Apple mouse is sleek and nice looking, but the Apple mouse was not comfortable in comparison. AND the Worst part was after spending $80 for an Apple mouse for an Apple computer, one would think that it would work immediately... NOT the case! I had to read the directions to figure it out and took @ 5 minutes to setup with a few steps to complete pairing. The $12 Logitech mouse literally I opened the package, plugged the USB thing in the back, and it worked immediately! So I would NEVER recommend the $80 Apple Magic Mouse unless you are looking for Carpel Tunnel, there are much Better and Cheaper options out there.....

I hate using the pads on laptops for navigating the screen. I received an Apple laptop for Christmas and I needed a mouse. I really like this one, because it is wireless and rechargeable. I've used it for the past month and have not charged it yet. I like not having to change batteries, as we don't always have them in the house.

This mouse is pretty awesome. It connects easily and has a rechargeable battery. It seems to be good quality like you would expect from Apple but it does leave some things to be desired. The scrolling feature is used by swiping your finger like a touch motion but it is not as precise as using a wheel. It often scrolls too far past what I want to see and I just haven’t mastered it. The zoom does not work like I thought it would. I thought I could use the pinching motion with two fingers but it does not work that way. Also you still have to click the mouse, even though it appears there are no buttons the clicking is still required for it to recognize you are selecting something.

The battery life is good, but you have to keep an eye on where you stand. If you're on 2%, you're almost dead, and you won't be able to keep using it because the charging port is on the BOTTOM of the mouse. This must have been done in the name of design, but come on, there's no other place to put it?

A rechargeable Apple Magic Mouse! You should have one! The design is simple, it will be easy to use after adapting to the operation mode. The battery life is also very good. It is still sufficient to use it after the first charging!

I bought this to replace my previous Magic Mouse which was having issues and so far I have been very pleased. I read the reviews and comments and still decided to go for it. I love the fact that it is rechargeable as I was real tired of going through batteries and did not want to hassle with rechargeable ones. So Apple made a design choice in the location of the Lightening port that doesn't make sense. Learn to live with it and get on with it. Plan ahead and it is no big deal.

My old battery style bluetooth Magic Mouse was having trouble staying connected to my MAC so decided to get the new rechargeable Magic Mouse 2. The old one has lasted over 3 years. When I had a PC desktop I was buying a new mouse every year. The old one still works, so if I ever need a backup I still have it. The new mouse works flawlessly and seldom needs a recharge which can be done with the USB cable included. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

I needed a mouse for my new MacBook Pro. In the past, any "mouse" would seem to work, but this time I needed a mouse by Apple. This newest version no longer uses disposable batteries. This is a big PLUS. The only thing, is that there is no warning to let you know that it is time to recharge your mouse ... but otherwise, just plug in the lightning switch and you'll get quick convenient charging. The mouse works great!
