Lost charger for Apple laptop. Needed to get back online. Works great. Always buy Apple replacement parts.

I had my first Mac charger for about 3 years. The battery was fine, but the wires eventually split, which I'm guessing is just from wear and tear. The replacement has worked great so far, although I'm hoping that this one doesn't do the same thing.

Excellent cords necessary for powering your valuable Apple products. This adapter on the Right was well insulated and had a strong sturdy cord. Personally, my only disappointment was that I found that the cord portion on the Left adapter was rather thin and it began to tear in several places. The Left adapter's large square plug was rather heavy and cumbersome. The plug portion is removable and be used for other adapters. I would recommend these cords but forewarn to be handle the cords carefully.

I bought his almost a year ago and it still works great. I had my last one for 3 years before it stopped working. A tip would be to not twist your cord. It will last longer.

First, this is the best Apple charger on the market. If you buy from 3rd party, you get cheap knockoffs that will fail prematurely. Now, for my complaint: I have owned MANY laptops over the years. I've had chargers go bad, but never in the same way as Apple chargers. They have a weak point there the cords meet the plugs. This same weak point is on their phone chargers as well. It's unacceptable from a company with the reputation for high-end hardware. Another reason I stay away from Apple. This charger was for my son's macbook. I've had many windows machines that have NEVER had a cord fail as frequently and in the same way as apple cords. Why haven't they fixed this by now?

My power cord to my MacBook pro stopped working I ran next door to my job to best buy and grabbed this new one it is 3 years later and it is still working

Excellent quality, original and it worked perfectly for a macbook pro 13", I recommend it.

The only reason I have to ever buy a new charger is because my old one got chewed up. No other reason. This charger is reliable, even if the magnet is “weird.”

This adapter worked great. Never got too hot. My only advice is to get the one with the tip that connects vertically to the device. The horizontally connected adapter shows wear and tear. Overall works great.

This charger does the job for which it is designed admirably. The computer charges quickly, and the magnetic safety feature has kept my husband from falling down on several occasions.

What can I say? Excellent product! I am I am more mindful of how I wrap up my cord so that the end doesn’t fray...Hopefully this one lasts longer

Although this charger may not be cheap, it's always best to buy these items under brand name and also brand new when looking for a replacement. Quality at its finest

what's not to love about a new power adapter? the cord is long. everything works. and my laptop is happy. i am too because the Geek Squad was amazingly authentic and genuinely helpful.

Very expensive but extended life of older MacBook pro, works perfectly

I have a history of going through about 4 Apple chargers for my Mac Pro because they always seem to "burn" where the cable meets the little white box. Best Buy was my immediate go to because I knew they'd have someone knowledgable to help me out with this. After about 40 seconds of explaining my frustration, the man assisting me immediately knew what my problem was--I was using the wrong watts to charge my Mac! I ended up buying a new charger for my mom as well since he was so helpful. When I got to the counter, I was even able to save another $6 because they were a couple of dollars cheaper online (thanks to the cashier for checking).
