Obviously since this is an Apple made MagSafe battery pack, it will work the best with charging an iPhone 12/13. I say work the best in a sense that it doesn’t overheat the phone, and does what Apple intends for the battery pack. It’s not meant to charge your phone from 0-100% in an hour. Actually, it won’t charge your phone to 100% from 0. But this battery pack is meant to be able to give you just that extra bit of charge to make it the rest of the day. If you’re planning a day trip somewhere and will be taking lots of pictures/videos, use your phone for directions, etc…you’ll probably run your battery down faster than normal, and this battery pack is meant for those situations. There are other 3rd party battery packs with more mAh’s, are cheaper in price, and you can say the magnets on them are stronger…but most of them do cause some excess heating and are larger in size compared to the Apple battery pack. Excellent battery and good quality for my iPhone It’s a great accessory for my phone

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas. She's on her phone a lot and often by early evening the phone is nearly dead. This gave her a solution to keep the phone going the remainder of the night without having to plug it in. Her only complaint is that it doesn't charge the phone 100%.

The battery pack is very slow and does not provide a full charge. A apple disappointment for the price. Where are others brands are quicker and longer and cheaper $29

It is expensive but like all Apple products it works really well. The charge is not fast when charging iPhone but it works well .

When you have those 14 hours day and you need to make sure your phone will get the extra juice to get the job done

This product is great. Gives my phone a full battery charge in no time. The only con is that it is a bit heavier than other battery packs.

LOVE this battery pack! Have used several different kinds of the years, mophies, apple smart cases. This little battery is just what you need to get through the day without the need to top off the battery. I experience the best amount of power when the phone and battery pack both begin charges at the beginning of the day, leave them on all day, for a trickle tip charge, instead of a hard charge when the phone has almost died. Easy to charge, lightweight. Lots of compliments and questions on what it does.

Great in case of emergency, battery doesn’t last very long. Won’t charge your phone to 100% the battery on the charger will die at about 65% over all not worth the money.

By far one of the best that Apple has made, I usually get 24 hours on a single charge, but remember to balance your phone in terms of battery life, closing apps etc.

it is the perfect device to insure my phone is always charged . I carry it at all times either attached to the phone or in a pocket.

Works well as it stays connected to the phone effortlessly and is compact enough to not take up too much extra space. Charges the phone quickly.

I have tried 2 other brands of battery packs and retuned them both, this one is the best I have ever purchased defiantly recommend, magnet is strong and stays on, connects easily and consistently charges, charges phone to at least 90% like description says, lets you know how much battery is left on the box. Since I started using it I have not plugged in in my phone to a charger, I just charge the box over night and stick it on my phone in the morning and my phone hasn't died.

This MagSafe battery pack actually last a couple of days. It is like having an extra full battery to your phone.
