The product did not perform the function of fully charging my phone because it would always be at low battery in such a short amount of time. Frustrated with this I would return the product.

This isn’t due to the product, we were using it for a phone that was not compatible. It was returned but I would recommend for compatible phones.

You can view the battery status on the phone itself which is something non-Apple solutions are unable to do.
