It’s average product I ever had it charge well but it got hot

I am using on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. It's definitely NOT for filling from completely dead to full, but to top off for a few more hours of use. Great because it is portable and can use it as a mag-safe charger.

It can’t finish charging my phone before it runs dead.

I love apple products and pretty much anything that Apple comes out with, I will get.

This is very handy, works great, Apple quality. There are several other options out there but we wanted apple quality product with lightning connector for charging. Very happy with this.

Good product, only thing that i would change is the fact you only get 70% of a full charge

Great for travel. Beware that it don't charge the iPhone 13 pro with a complete charge.

Not that great for the money, charges the 13 pro max about half way and takes a long time. But it is magnetic and wireless so I guess that’s a plus. For 100 you can get a much better wired charger that will charge the phone much faster and all the way.

Does not give a good charge to my iPhone 13 Pro- takes a long time and seems to stop charging at about 55% charged, even though the MagSafe charger has about 30% charge left. It’s also a challenge to tell when the MagSafe needs to be charged and is done charging when plugged in, etc. The only way is to connect it to my phone. No visuals on the MagSafe charger to indicate battery level. I was excited to try this product and willing to spend the money for what I anticipated was a good quality Apple product. I am sorry to say that I’m disappointed. I find other portable battery chargers (that are a fraction of the cost of this item) to be better and more reliable.

Seems to keep charging 1/2 of the battery each time on my iPhone. Not sure what’s going on. Finally gave up and got a refund. Looking to have my phone checked out by apple

It is not worth $100. Honestly it’s not even worth $10. It takes forever to charge this thing even with the fast charger. The magnet barely keeps it in place. It adds a lot more weight than it looks like. Even while you have this thing attached, your phone will still steadily lose power as if you didn’t have this thing at all. Do not purchase this product and if someone gifts it to you, re-gift it.

I like having a battery pack for the those times when I go to Disney so I don"t have to worry about draining my battery. A A MagSafe battery pack is so convenient.

I brought my MagSafe pack about two weeks ago. It's helpful when I need a charge boost, BUT it isn't worth the price tag. I believe it dies quickly, even if you charge the battery pack fully before using it on your device. So, I'd wait until there's a price drop if you were thinking about purchasing.. hopefully sometime soon.

This battery power pack does not last very long. It will not attach if case on phone isn’t mag case. I had to take case off to charge. It’s a great idea, but battery life needs to be longer.

It is hard for it to stay stuck in your phone. It falls off a lot.

This battery pack helps out very much if your on the go and find yourself without electricity. It’s easy to charge although I don’t know how long the charge lasts. I do hope they improve it with a battery meter.

Would be better if it can give a full charge of my phone.

I have had cheaper battery packs and they honestly hold charge better than this Apple charger. As my mom said cheaper is not always better but in this case it is.
