Generally always best quality products, This product not so. I cant charge two devices at once, yet it looks like it should. It seems something about the charging circuitry is off. I have to keep re-plugging in the lightning wire to the device before I chose to charge either the watch or the phone. Once it is plugged in, the one device I choose charges just fine, It seems like this product was an afterthought as it doesnt work as one would expect an Apple product to work. I actually thought it may have been a generically made product (even though it comes in an apple package). Having been fed up with it I am ordering a product (undecided) on amazon to do the job this was supposed to.
