Customers regard the MLA22LL/A TKL Wireless Magic Keyboard favorably for its excellent battery life, high-quality keyboard, ease of use, and compact size. Many appreciate its wireless functionality, lightweight design, and sleek aesthetics. However, some find the price to be a bit high and the key travel short. The lack of a number pad is also a common point of criticism.

I love this keyboard! It looks great on my desk, takes up no space, and it feels good to type on. The battery lasts a very long time and it's easy to charge (and unlike the Magic Mouse, you can charge it while using it).
My only regret is that I didn't get the version with the ten-key numpad.

Typing on it for this review. be it, this is an apple product so the quality and ease of use are going to be there but I still have the model before this one that uses batteries since 2007 or so and that still works as well.

This is AWESOME !! I love the smooth surface and the ease of use. I'll never go back to a mouse again !! Connects quick. Your computer automatically finds it, and I love the ease of charging it by using your computer. Charges lasts for months using it about 4 hours a day.

There is just so many functions this keyboard has over other brands. Works great. Battery life is long. If I had to complain about something, no 10 key.

My orig. keyboard was ruined by myself, trying to clean with a dam towel....Don't ever do that! :( So, I purchased this board and it works perfectly, looks great, feels good to the touch, is lighter than the previous one, and IS Bluetooth, So no need for cord , unless charging. So, I love it! Pricey, but you usually have to pay for quality, its Apple so its all good.

Ordered the Apple Magic Keyboard because I wanted to stop using batteries to charge the one I had for years.
Very happy with it. I've had it a few months now and I've only had to charge it a few times. Charging is super easy, just plug it to the back of your Mac via the USB and you're all set. It charges quickly and the charge lasts a long time. I make it a habit to "turn off" the keyboard when I'm not using it, by sliding the tiny nub on the upper right front, to the off position so that the green isn't showing.
I also like turning it off if I'm walking away from the computer because I do have cats - and they're notorious for stepping on the keyboard and depending on the keys they walk on, you really never know what's going to happen!
The keyboard is sleek and modern looking. Silver with white keys. Simplistic, form and function. Keys feel good, no stress on the fingers when typing. Awesome keyboard. Recommend highly.

Great bluetooth keyboard that connects very easily to MacBook. I personally use it when my MacBook is connected to an external display and it has worked with 0 issues. This is the version without the numeric keypad, so if you really have a need for that, I would recommend looking at the other version. Overall very happy with it.

its the exact same size as the keyboard for my 15 inch machbook, so there was no issues with my muscle memory learning curve. I bought it a month ago and use it every day for 9-11 hours a day for work and the battery is still at 71%! That's incredible. its so thin and light, i'm really happy with it.

I've had their older wireless keyboard and it was nice enough to type on. This one is very nice. I'm used to using a mechanical keyboard at home and work, but on the go or on a cramped desk with a docked laptop, this thing is great. Types very well. The rechargeable battery is a nice touch too. Really enjoy the feedback from the keys on this.

I purchased this keyboard out of necessity, after my previous keyboard stopped working (it wasn't a Magic Keyboard). I wanted to get a nice, high quality keyboard that I would enjoy typing on, so I decided to put in the extra money and invest in a Magic Keyboard. I've used these keyboards occasionally before, but I've never owned one. I can confidently say that even after only a week of use, this has become my favorite keyboard to type with. The travel is perfect, the key stability is great, and the size gives me so much extra desk space. I have it paired to a 2015 MacBook Air, and this keyboard has a similar feel, but is executed much better. The scissor switches are more stable and key travel feels more solid, with a less mushy feel overall. I find myself making much less typing mistakes than I did on my old keyboard, which had taller keys with much more travel.

I'm a big fan of these new keyboards. The slight tilt of the keyboard is quite comfortable for my large hands, and the keys are quite responsive. I love the short travel now, even though it took a while to get used to at first. I feel that I type faster on this thing just because of the minimal amount of movement needed to move to different keys after typing.
A couple things make this keyboard awesome.
1. Pairing to an Apple Computer is done through the cable. You just plug it in and it's paired to that Mac.
2. You can use it wired or wireless-- so it's quite convenient if you're working on multiple computers or have to showcase one someplace else as a demo (like if you're selling a Mac mini or something).
It's thin and lightweight, with the battery life lasting a stupid long time-- I haven't plugged it in to charge besides the original time I plugged it in to pair and to charge.
I also own the one with the numeric keypad at home. I like this one for travel and such, the numeric keypad version is quite nice too. I like this thing.

I am extremely pleased with my new Magic Keyboard. I was very comfortable with my old bluetooth keyboard. I followed all the reviews from many tech sites. Although many were not overwhelmed with the new Magic Keyboard, I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews. I am very glad I made my decision. It was the right one! Although some may need a short time getting used to the new design, I became very comfortable with it quite quickly. The ability to charge it at will is great! I firmly recommend it!!
