Sound fidelity is much better than Spotify. Spotify tends to be louder, but Apple Music has more tonal detail. Spotify’s playlists are much better and geared subjectively more cohesive song to song and have more variety overall Overall, not a bad deal for the trail. Would be worth getting both if you have a family plan. Sometimes you just want that slightly but noticeably higher quality audio

Great to have music available on my phone, and especially useful to ask Siri to play music (as if I purchased the individual tunes from the iTunes Store). If it were a bit more user-friendly (perhaps adding "one-touch" favoriting to your playlists), that would make it that much better? However, overall, a great service that I would continue past the 4-month trial period!

Apple Music is a great service and has a huge library. For the most part, there is very little music that I have ever searched for that wasn't available. Integration throughout my iOS and Mac devices is great. My only complaint with Apply Music is that their radio stations are relatively bland and repetitive. They don't have good groupings by genre and I continue to use SiriusXM for this.

I’m on the fence between Apple Music and Spotify. They both seem to have their strengths and weaknesses. I suppose I give the nod to Apple Music on an iOS device for obvious reasons. On android, Spotify seems to be more reliable when it comes to chromecast. Hopefully they kinks get worked out with Google Home devices (doesn’t always work) and chromecasting to Google Home.

4 months of free Apple music was included with my purchase of 2 HomePods. Everyone loves free stuff, so I started using it right away with the intention of canceling after the 4 months were gone. But that is not going to happen! We are loving it way too much. Not only does it allow access to any music you could possibly name, it works in my car, on my iPhone and laptop, and on the HomePods.

At first I wasn’t one to subscribe to Apple Music but after getting the trial. And truly trying out the product I’ve come to enjoy all of the features Apple Music has to offer. I particularly enjoy being able to look up any song and add it to my music library for listening. No matter what mood I’m in or what song is playing I can Shazam it and add this song to my music library through iTunes.

Apple Music is great to supplement your library, especially if you have an iPhone. I can just ask Siri to play a song or artist and the phone will search my personal library and the Apple Music library. There are some holes in the Apple Music library, but its rarely an issue. This is the only reason I deducted a star. There's also a student discount!

I generally prefer to purchase my music as opposed to "rent" it from a streaming service. I know the artists don't get as big of a cut that way and I like supporting art. That said, Apple Music has a really nice UI and tons of tracks. It was really nice using the trial, but I still prefer to buy/download to support the artists a little better.

Got this as a gift with purchase. This came in handy during my workout on the treadmill. Pretty easy to use. The definite plus is the length of the trial period of 4 months. I just don't want to continue beyond the trial period. If you already buy music then it works. If you don't I wouldn't suggest it since you can get free music elsewhere.

Apple Music provides solid variety, good sound quality music. There are lots of extras that I tend not to use but the integration of music videos, interviews, etc are a nice added value. I like that it just works well on all of my Apple devices - especially my Apple Watch. I also had a ton of music from the iTunes days of purchasing plus the matching feature - just makes sense if you live in Apple's world.

Kinda a weird thing to right a review for but ok… If your using apple products, especially multiple apple products, Apple Music is the best. I like using integrated apps that are made to work with the hardware. It all just works. Granted, I’m not a new member so I didn’t get to use this “trial”. I was already a subscriber. So… technically I never used this *specifically*

I was skeptical because I prefer to own my music. But as a music lover when I think about how much money I've spent over the last 40 years, a music subscription may has saved me over $10,000 or more. All of the music is pretty much there when I want it. There have been some things that I couldn't get because of regional locations but other than that everything has been available.

It took me a while to convert to a streaming music service as I had tons of sons in my iPod. My son finally convinced to be abandon the iPod and go with Apple Music. It's great and I'm so glad he convinced me to switch. Super easy to use; new music at your fingertips. If you think of any song or album, chances are you will easily find it on Apple Music. So glad I made the switch!

Apple Music selection is really good and with reasonable prices. This subscription only lasts six months for NEW subscribers then you can't use another promotion like this when you buy Apple products again. It would be a valuable reason to buy Apple products if it would allow you to renew Apple Music with more Apple product purchases not a one time deal.

If you are music lovers you will love apple music service. If you are in apple eco cycle and love music it’s no brainer. Only gripe is you can stream to apple homekit compatible speakers only. I found workaround by using it on android device and then streaming to all sorts of smart speakers. Music service has collections from all over the world and every language so it is great

I’ve always been a Spotify person, but since switching everything to the Apple ecosystem and i had a 4 months trial, I’ve decided to give it a try. I have to say the quality of music is pretty good, i can find pretty much anything on there. The app is pretty good too and the best part i can just leave my phone at home when i run.. it syncs seamlessly with Apple Watch and Apple AirPod Pro...

Apple did a fantastic job with their music service. It integrates so well with my Homepod, iPhone and Mac. The catalog of music is huge and I much prefer streaming my music instead of buying individual albums. It also allows you to download music for offline listening for examples while on a plane. Everyone should be using Apple Music!

I use Apple music to discover new artists, and it has been invaluable to my music collection! I of course want to support the artists whenever possible directly, but this is a good way to preview a musician’s catalog before buying. The radio stations are great too. If you have multiple Apple devices it also picks up where you left off for a seamless listening experience.

I am a huge Apple Fanatic. I say if you do not already have a membership then this is a good offer to use to try out the Apple music and it providing 4 mos is long enough to see how you like Apple music. I honestly did not use this since I already have a Apple family membership but this is good for someone who is on the fence about trying it out and not wanting to yet commit.
