I had high expectations when paying nearly $100.00 for this item but I was quite satisfied with my purchase. The quality is excellent. The pencil feels very natural in your hand and the sensitivity and accuracy on my iPad Pro is amazing. It's so awesome to use I use it instead of my finger just when browsing since it's so easy and it doesn't smudge up the screen either. Great for drawing too (if you're into that kind of thing).

It's so precise and battery lasts all day. Very easy to use, and has a quality feel while in your hand.

I use my Apple Pencil all the time with my iPad Pro. It has a long battery life so I don't have to constantly charge it. I can use it to do everything on my iPad Pro such as scrolling, typing on the key board, drawing, anything I want. I have been known to try and use it on my iPhone but unfortunately it doesn't work. The Pencil is so thin and light and comfortable to use. I think it's a little over priced but it's an Apple product so what can you expect.

I purchased the Apple Pencil to work with my 12.9-inch iPad Pro. The Pencil is remarkably accurate. It is housed in a shiny hard case that looks and performs like an actual pencil. The tip of the pencil has a softer feel. You get a spare tip in the box to use as a replacement. It's pressure-sensitive to assist me in drawing, painting and coloring in a manner that helps achieve natural-looking notes and illustrations. Both the Apple Pencil and iPad Pro have devices that sense the pressure I use allowing for graceful lines while drawing. In the Pencil's tip are sensors “smart” that allow my iPad app to display and keep track of my hand movements as I draw. You can even use the side of the Pencil for shading like a real pencil. I got use to the Pencil immediately and it fits comfortably in my hand. It feels very natural; like any normal pencil. The Pencil is charged on the top of my iPad. Even when I am not using the Apple Pencil, my iPad Pro will notify me that the Pencil needs charged. It takes less than 10 minutes to charge the Pencil. Although I am not a professional artist, I figured why not take advantage of my iPad Pro to the fullest and purchase the Apple Pencil. And like all the other Apple products I have purchased, I know the Apple Pencil will last a long time. It is just way cool.

I like this Apple pencil and it works well with the older generation Ipad Pro. The only thing is if you get this, get a cap holder. I never thought I would lose it because I never take the ipad out of my office. Well, guess what? It is gone! lol. I cannot find it and now the tip exposed because that cap is missing. I have to buy one now. All in all, the pencil works great and I absolutely recommend buying the Apple pencil

I bought the new iPad because of the apple pencil functionality. I really wanted to use it for work and the apple pencil is so easy and simple to use. I love how accurate it is, and how it works so well with the new ipad. I have a few coworkers with the ipad pro and do not have the apple pencil and i just wonder why. I use the apple pencil every day because it makes my work life so much easier. I highly recommend it.

The Apple pencil and iPad Mini are perfect for notetaking. They fit perfectly in a lab coat pocket. The pencil has good precision and weight, though occasionally when the note app is opened, it doesn't recognize the pencil and one has to plug the pencil into the iPad for 1 second. Both pencil and iPad have very good battery life and charge fast.

Apples first effort at a computerized pencil, ( yes, it has a cpu in it) is very good, exclusively used with the iPad Pro,(9or12) it draws and writes very authentically, battery life is good, and.it recharged quickly, I purchased a case specifically for the iPad Pro just to keep the pencil attached to the iPad, because my greatest fear is losing the 100$ pencil.

The Apple Pencil generation two is honestly incredible whether you like to doodle or draw professionally the thing works incredibly especially in pairing with apps like procreate. The thing works Wonders they can hold a very long charge for a long day of drawing A pair of super easily and is very accurate to the touch 10 out of 10 would recommend. :)

I never realized how much I needed this until I bought it. It’s so convenient, connects immediately, and the ability to charge it directly from the charge port on the iPad is great. And it’s great for taking notes. If you are debating about buying one, just do it.

Overall the item is great for a first time user. It is a little bit heavier than expected and the charging end it inconvenient, it's under the cap at the top of the pencil. the pairing is also inconvient, there is no button to pair with device, you physically have to plug the charging end into the ipad for it to pair. In addition, the price was a little bit more than expected as there are newer versions available. Aside from the few downfalls, it's easy to use and works great with everything on the ipad so far.

It's amazing that BestBuy was able to get this in stock before any of the Apple Stores... Since buying it, I plan on no longer using pen and paper when I return to school next semester. By far the best stylus you can get for both normal note taking and drawing. I just can't wait for the app to catch up with the power of the IPad Pro... One draw back, it would be awesome to be able to use this on my iPhone 6s Plus... I know Apple things the finger is the best... But you now have a Apple stylus that is amazing... Open it up to the other iOS devices....

I got an iPad and decided to get the pencil as a birthday gift to myself. It’s lightweight, but doesn’t feel flimsy and feels natural in your hand. Charging it is quick. No problems with connecting to the iPad or with lag or anything like that. Been using not taking apps for my grad classes and taking notes have been a breeze. Wish I had this sooner.

I love the responsiveness of this pencil and use this with my iPad Pro. Using Procreate and this pencil has helped me to become a better artist. It was simple to set up and charged very quickly! I purchased this in Lakeland, FL and ordered ahead. They had it ready for me when I arrived, which was so very convenient.

This little pencil is amazing, it connects instantly, and the tiny little battery seems to last forever, it works seamlessly with the iPad, and does everything imaginable. There are other, cheeper brands and models, simply put, Apple likes Apple, spend the money, it's worth it, and you'll never know how happy you are that you did.

I really wasn't sure how much I would like or use the Apple Pencil once I got the new iPad Pro, but I am so glad I spent the money to get it. I am using it to take notes in class, and it actually works extremely well for my style of note taking. It feels smooth and balanced. Very responsive on the new iPad Pros. Long lasting battery with a super fast charge. It really is an outstanding product in my opinion.

This is an excellent extension for users who want to be able to write or draw on the iPad Pro. So far I am very happy and with iOS 11 coming out the uses are getting even better. This would not be recommend for just the everyday user who doesn’t want to write, draw or mark up items. I’d say my money.. I do wish it come with something to attach to th device somehow. Still excellent and works flawlessly.

After having the Apple pencil for a couple months, I must say it is a great product! It feels like an actual pencil (only super sleek), charges extremely quickly, and does not lag (which coming from another illustration tablet, is a big plus). There’s only a couple things that can become annoying. The pencil does roll around way to easily, however I bought a case with a space to hold the Apple pencil so it would stop. The pencil, like some other reviews state, is too sleek to the point it can slip from your fingers. But overall, great product!

I am very pleased with the Pencil. Although it does not work with all Applications, it serves to reduce the amount of finger-prints on the screen. it is fast charging when plugged into the power cord, and should last as long as the Ipad charge. I purchased the sleeve for it and it has eliminated the difficulty of it sliding out of the hand when holding it . I would not hesitate to purchase it again.

This is best electronic pen out there. I have the newer iPad Pro 12.9 with the 120 refresh rate so I was told that has a lot to do with how responsive and smooth it is with the strokes. The surface pens I tried are not in the same league with this pen. Apple did it write. I use this all the time to sign PDFs and highlight. It is so awesome just for highlighting alone and making notes on a document.
