There’s much to love here in this small elegant package. It works very well for what it does. We haven’t been able to really try out the pressure sensitivity which is the main thing setting it apart from the Logitech crayons which does include all the other Apple Pencil tech, ie palm rejection, responsiveness to angled use, etc. That said we don’t like how it sits in precariously in the lightning jack in the iPad even if that can be prevented by using the included adapter for charging from a lightning cable. Still, this tiny adapter, like the pencil cap protecting the charging end, is as easily lost as the pencil is to roll of the table (and risk damage). The nubs get used up quickly but unsure how it compares to others. Also, wish it came in different colors and was supported (even partially) on iPads that now exclusively support Apple Pencil 2nd gen, and vice versa. Understandably the hardware in the two pencils and the different iPads is different enough to not fully support all features, but some definitely could be supported. Finally, the price could be lowered at least a bit, especially when the tech isn’t being upgraded (as far as we know) and the costs thereof should’ve come down by now.

I bought this to use with my 5th gen iPad mini, and it works pretty well. Charges quickly, no visible lag, very accurate. The only issue that I have with it is that I still get some input from laying my hand on the screen while using it. It may be operator error, but I’m coming from using a Samsung galaxy tab with an S-pen, and it never had that issue.

strong sensors...great accuracy...lightweight and efficient...works great with Ipad 10.2..especially great for digital artists...easy to apply vast array of colors..assists in creating perfect blend of hues without the appearance of overlapping...

Been an Ipad owner for years with the first Ipad and Ipad mini. Got the latest version (non pro) and the pencil is game changer. It makes me want to use the Ipad on the regular I take notes for work and I draw and color for fun. Having the pencil is what apple needs to add to all devices.....

I use this with iPad Pro 12.9. Took time to adjust to after working with pencil 53's softer touch, but writing is more accurate and swifter. Feels great in the hand. Charges insanely fast. iPad Pro and Apple Pencil have completely changed my work and study dynamic. All of my work is one place and is created with beautiful rich detail.

My daughter loves this pencil so much! It's easy to use, no set up required. Easy to charge. Responds well. Have bought off brands in the past but this pencil is way better than any of them. Worth the extra money. Will last good quality.

I absolutely love my Apple Pencil. I use it every time I use my iPad Pro. It's very precise. It charges very fast and lasts for days at a time. I love that it comes with the mini adapter so you can charge it using the charging cable rather than the iPad itself.

This device does as you would expect, it allows you to write with precision on your iPad. It is comfortable to hold and extremely easy to pair, but for its price it lacks extra functionality. You cannot turn off the pencil to conserve power unless you unpair it from the Bluetooth. There are also no extra buttons on it to have alternate control methods. While I am happy with the purchase, i feel as if apple was holding back just to add these better features with the 2nd gen pencil.

Amazing for the iPad. Easy to use, and charged with no problem. The only thing is the cap, it really doesn’t have a good spot while charging. It can be misplaced easily.

The precision of drawing on an iPad with Apple Pencil is amazing. Unlike the 3rd party cheaper products, Apple Pencil has pressure sensitivity which makes a huge difference. If you’re a Digital artist, or just buying a new iPad, Apple Pencil is a must have!

I love this pencil. I have always wanted a good stylus for the iPad. This works great and charges quickly. It works really well in apps that support it and will work for general navigation and use. It is pricy but feels very high quality and is nicely balanced in your hand. If you spend the money for an iPad pro you need this too.

I use it with an iPad Pro 10.5 and trust me. It works great. The only downside of the pencil is that the cap could be easily lost. One thing that I did not know before I purchased is that the pencil comes with a lightning female to lightning female so you could charge the pencil via adapter connected to a lightning cord (not included). If you do buy. I recommend also purchasing a charging dock to keep the cap and pencil in the same place.

I bought it just as a whim, another customer was going on and on about how cool it was. Figured I could return it if it didn't live up... no WAY AM I RETURNING THIS!!!! The responsiveness is everything that you had hoped for and more. Easy to use, easy to pair and a long lasting battery. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!

Very great! Quick charger! Can charge with iPad. I usually end up doing this because there is a little adapter that is needed for the charging cable and I loose it all the time. But it is areally responsive. And you can put your hand on the iPad and still write with the pen. So it feels natural!

I know for sure there are lot many styluses available for iPads for far less price than this. The only reason I got this is for precision and easy to hold while writing. I usually write my class & meeting notes on iPad and used evernote stylus before but it won't work on all apps. This works seamlessly across all the apps.

Had serious reservations about the apple pencil being of any value, but it is incredibly accurate, allows for hand-rejection, holds charge for a long time and charges very quickly. I use it to take notes in Microsoft office onenote and also for web browsing as it allows for very precise selection of buttons or links

I like to to use it because it keeps the screen clean, as a result, i use it for everything. it's easily handled, responsive and works exactly as describes. It will hold a charge for 36 hours. Caution, I found out this pencil is habit forming ! I use it with every app. It's precise, convenient and dependable.

Well I'm not sure if you can use this on anything except the iPad Pros, but it works very well with the iPad Pro! Syncs via bluetooth, charges via the removable cap on the bottom of the pencil by inserting it into the charger slot of the iPad pro itself. Great feel in hand, very fluid to use. Pricey, but it's apple.

I love this pencil! It is so easy to use on the iPad and it is identical to my real handwriting. All you need to do to charge is plug it in to your iPad and you can see the battery percentage when you swipe down from the top of your screen. Charges SO fast as well! Highly recommend purchasing

It has good battery life & it charges very quickly! I was actually hesitant to buy it since its a bit expensive but after a year of using an off brand pencil I decided to get something better. Best decision ever! I regret not getting it sooner.
