Going from a stylus to the Apple Pencil was a big change for me. But for the better. The pencil senses your grip, pressure, movement and other things. It's great for artist and architects and people who are used to using stylus. I would reccomend the Apple Pencil to anyone. The price is a little high but 100% worth the money. It also works great with all types of screen protectors and cases. It's simply amazing.

This pencil is great. It has the feel of a real pencil. I use it for draw on the IPAD mini 5. It is light weight and feel nice in my hands. I also use it to write quick notes. The only thing I do not like about the pencil is that I have to plug it into the bottom of the IPAD in order to charge it.

Best investment if you plan on drawing or Illustrating. It works so well and so smooth. Personally pretty useless if you don't draw or any thing of that sort but if you do I wouldn't pass is up. It is a bit pricey for a stylus style pencil but it is incredibly smooth and almost has no lag.

This is the best active stylus I have ever owned. I'm constantly impressed by how Apple can innovate an existing technology and make it work even more seemlessly in their devices. The pencil is very responsive with no lag at all. It literally feels like you're using a regular pencil on paper. If you need a stylus for your ipad for notetaking and have a iPAD pro, this is a highly recommended buy!

The Apple Pencil was a recommendation from my stepmom and its been far better then i could have ever anticipated. ITs great for just using for regular stuff but with the adobe products and Procreate it turns the tablet into a artist powerhouse. My Ipad was a passing product and now i use it everyday. I am very glad I got this - it helps make gorgeous drawings/paintings on the iPad Pro. I haven't tried to use with anything else yet - my understanding from the internet is that it won't work with iPhone etc. But still worth it to me. I don't use it as much as a stylus as I thought I would - really only just for drawing. So, you know, you could live without it if you got the iPad Pro - it just makes a fun toy even MORE fun. Plus it's nice for signing your name and writing. I can see it being neat for people who use Square and things like that.

I am a fan of this pen. I have only used this pen on a regular ipad so far, so my experience is limited to a non pro ipad. On the regular ipad tho, the pen is great, works perfectly and the charge lasts a pretty decent amount of time. The charging is weird, but that said, it charges incredibly fast! minutes I would say before being back on a 100% charge.

Theyll probably introduce something better next year but in the meantime, this is the best stylus/pen, drawing tool you can obtain for a capacitative surface. It's a shame it doesnt work with other tablet products because it's so incredibly accurate, there is pressure sensitivity and practically zero latency. I don't really use it for drawing but for artists out there, it really is a must have tool.

Love this pencil. Easy to hold, holds a charge for long time, and re-charges fast.

Bought this for my wife for her work because she has to deal with a lot of documents that needs to be signed. With the PDF converter apps that you can download on Apple Store, this is a great pen to have when you can sign the document right off the iPad. My wife loves using it! We'll definitely recommend to other buyers!

I use this pencil everyday. Signing documents digitally with this pencil vs a stylus is much more accurate and more smoothly accomplished. The pinpoint accuracy in digitally selecting small items is also something I value. I would recommend this product to anyone with an iPad. The only item I added to the pencil is a connector for the cap, because it is easy to loose even with the magnetic connection.

I purchase this for my son to use in school. It allows him to take quick notes and jot things down on his iPad. He also uses it for drawing and artwork on his iPad. I like the way that it magnetically attaches to his iPad when not in use.

Very useful accessory for the iPad! I dabble in drawing every once in a while, and this Apple Pencil proved to be very useful when drawing with Procreate. Charging is pretty quick and simple, and it has a rather long battery life once it is charged. Perfect for anyone who may be drawing/writing on their iPad!

I purchased the Apple Pencil at the same time that I purchased my Ipad Pro 10.5". I haven't had too much time to play around with it yet and learn all of its neat tricks, but so far it seems like another solid Apple accessory! It responds well to ProCreate and is pressure sensitive. It is easy to write with and my handwriting looks like it does on paper, which I find pretty magical.

The Apple Pencil - first generation - is nothing short of amazing. It responds to pressure, which for me takes creating digital art to new levels. It also allows me to write on my iPad with my hand resting on the screen, like I would normally write on paper. No smudges, no problems. I hope it will work on future iPhones.

I splurged on the Apple Pencil for my birthday, without knowing a whole lot about it beforehand. I had one of the new lower-priced iPads that offered Pencil support and thought I'd try it. Using it mainly for drawing and taking quick notes. The Pencil itself is comfortable to hold and has been pretty accurate/responsive so far. It's been a nice addition to my iPad.

Apple Pencil makes the iPad Pro almost an indispensable tool for an artist who likes to draw and paint digitally. The sensitivity and tilt recognition work great there’s no lag on the iPad Pro and it charges really fast in the lightning port. Hilly downside I see is that it can be a little uncomfortable holding it for a long period of time without an added grip .

I’m a college student, and I was looking for something that would make my notetaking better. Ive tried typing them with the smart keyboard, but honestly this makes it so I can actually write my notes down, and sync them between devices. Its easy to use, and charges quickly. You do have to be careful not to misplace some small peices, but for me the price has been worth it.
