I bought the Apple Pencil today not really expecting it to perform the way it did. Yes it's an Apple product, however we know that sometimes that doesn't matter, in this instance this product, was extremely responsive and easy to use. I am loving it, it's literally like writing with a regular pen and paper!!

Love the sensitivity of the pencil. If you like drawing and sketching this is a must for you. Although the pencil does need to be charged and this is done by plugging it into your iPad or iPhone or the included adapter for your lightning cord. I downloaded the ArtRage app and the pencil works exceptional with it.

During our new normal of virtual learning, having the Apple Pencil allowed for precise writing and the ease of quickly using a choice of fonts and colors. I enjoyed the ease and quickness when modeling step by step examples for my students. Great Tool!

This is an overall good product. It's as simple as plugging it into your iPad and press okay to connect. Notes app works like a charm. Once you connect you can use the pen just like you would use your finger. It is however, somewhat pricey but so far its good.

This pencil works very well with no lagging when taking notes. I am yet to experience battery issues with it. I usually charge it on my Ipad before i go to class because i use it more for my class notes. It is really useful, i like the efforts apple put in this pencil to make sure it delivers as expected. I bought a different pencil initially but it was lagging and got me frustrated all the time. This the best pencil i ever used. Price is an issue though

I got this Apple Pencil for my iPad Pro. This pencil is way way better than using a stylus. More precise. Easy to use. The pencil connects via Bluetooth to the iPad Pro. I turn my Bluetooth off when I don't need it. So each time I want to use the pencil, I have to 'pair' it with the iPad. A minor inconvenience.

Pencil is expensive but a nice feature to have for writing notes and doodling

Great product to go along with my iPad Pro! I’m using it with Notes and One Note on documents ive scanned into my device. The charge lasts plenty long enough and the responsiveness is the best for the price! Taking notes is a essential part of my work flow. Note 8 for my phone and IPad Pro for my tablet,

If you have an iPad Pro, you need the Apple Pencil. It really rounds out the experience and provides precision input and lifelike writing, drawing, painting, and sketching capabilities to the iPad. You'll never need a notebook again! It is simply so natural and accurate, it makes what you're working on fun!

I was a surface pen user before and I must say this Apple Pencil works amazingly well with the iPad Pro. I was hesitant at first looking at videos but its all about the application people use for the Pencil or Pen. Surface pen has its advantages with the built in eraser; however, I don't miss the Surface Pen at all!

This is the tool for iPad Pro. I wasn't sure how useful it would be, as I'm not really into drawing. I find I use it all the time. It saves on smudging up the screen with finger prints. It's incredibly accurate. I bought a case to hold it, one that is part of the iPad case itself, which I find very useful.

I like the pencil and it does seem to do what it should. It is expensive and I have only used it to test that it works. I may have more use for it later. I do wish if Apple was going to make a pencil like this, it would not have been bluetooth. I don't normally have bluetooth on and so I will have to sync everytime I use it. It would have been nice if it had been more like a stylis that doesn't have to be charged. Overall though, I think it is nice and and i will use it.

I love everything about this pencil with one exception: The lack of an eraser function.I would give it 4.5 stars but it doesn't have that option so I give it a 4. Response rate is great. No lag, great fee, perfect weight and balance. It feels like a real pencil. I no longer carry a notepad or my laptop. I am using my iPadPro 10.5 with the pencil and smart keyboard both as my notepad and computer. Get the pencil if you got the Pro. It is worth it.

I resisted getting this for the longest time since I had another stylus that cost me a lot less money and worked really well, but I am so glad I did. I love the active palm rejection and being able to draw different lines thicknesses with different pressure. It's so quick and fast to charge, and so easy to connect.

At first I was looking at the second generation Apple pencil, but I realized it was not compatible with the ipad I have. I purchased this one instead and I am very glad I did. I use it for taking notes and sketches. I think it completes the ipad experience!

Purchased this pencil and I really like it. It is easy to use. I use it to draw and color and it works great. Also purchased an ipad case with a pencil holder and it fits perfectly.

I never thought I would have a need for an Apple Pencil. However, a friend showed me how it would enhance my IPAD use and it has. Functionality is great, battery life is awesome when fully charged and it can be charged from my IPAD. I use it at work and at home. Very versatile.

I own 2 iPad Pros, an original iPad Pro 12 and a newer iPad Pro 10.5 and the Apple pencil works with both of them. I bought it mainly to help my step sons with the high school math homework. It is great for both drawing and diagraming, as well as writing out math problems and solutions.

Well.... considering this is the only pencil that works for some iPads... I guess i'll give it four stars, but there are definitely some design flaws, such as having to plug it directly into the iPad to charge. Seems like it's going to break if it gets bumped at all. WORKS really well, just functionally in terms of design not the best.

We got the ipad pro 12.9 inch. The pen is a must have for using the photo editing apps, the sketching/drawing apps and for note taking. The linking of the pen is easy. The pen comes with a coupling for attaching the power cable for charging. I hope that someone sells the coupling when we lose it.
