We got the ipad pro 12.9 inch. The pen is a must have for using the photo editing apps, the sketching/drawing apps and for note taking. The linking of the pen is easy. The pen comes with a coupling for attaching the power cable for charging. I hope that someone sells the coupling when we lose it.

This tool is nothing short of what I just called it! A gem. It holds charge for an amazing amount of time. The smooth tip never harms the screen. The pen connects well to the I pad. I can draw and write smoothly with the pen. It has truly transformed the way I use an I pad for life! It has saved my life.

This Apple Pen s worth the money, it is expensive and could need a price adjustment, but after reading about the Pen and then using it first hand. This is the best Pen out there for the Apple IPad Pro, I would recommend this Pen to anyone who is looking for a Pen to capture your imagination.

Love the easy of use of the Apple Pencil. It makes taking notes, editing any document or image is a breeze. Only downside I wish they worked on the phones as well.
It has a nice weighted feel. Feels very comfortable!

If you have an ipad pro you pretty much have to have this. This makes life so much easier for note taking and drawing. I use my ipad for work to produce cabinet renderings and measurements and this makes it like usiong graphing paper and pen without the hassle and paper clutter.

How can you say anything bad about most apple products? This pen charges very fast and works great. Yes, it is a little over priced, but it does it's job. Just wish it wasn't so easy to lose the tiny caps and cover that come with it. Have not used long enough to know how often you have to replace the tip.

The pencil works seamlessly with my iPad and provides great responsiveness and feel. The pencil feels quality and is packaged very neatly . Apps like procreate and notes make the pencil worth every penny able to illustrate and put your ideas and thoughts on pad.

Like all Apple products, it is built well and is comfortable to use. If you angle it while drawing it will widen the lines. Very precise. That being said, if you are the average joe, it is unnecessary to have this over a regular stylus and it has to be charged using a lightning cable and must be bluetooth connected to the tablet. It will only work on certain iPads. It would be nice if it was able to be paired with the iphones as well.

I had originally purchased my iPad for use as a second screen and for client photos. I had a chance to use an Apple Pencil and was amazed by how responsive it was. When I finally was able to get my hands on my own it was even cooler than I had thought.
The beautiful things I can do with it and the art I produce is much faster and more detailed than I have ever been able to create on a pad or with any other stylus.
My favorite app with it by far has been Procreate. The layered drawings and art that I have been able to produce have inspired a creative streak that has been absent for a while in that area.
I use it to do some work with my photos and other apps but mainly it is for Sketching/Drawing/Coloring and effect. fantastic product and battery life.
Only complain is the little adapter that allows you to plug in to a lightweight cable... it was lost within a day... The Pencil charges in full in about 45 minutes off my iPad and uses only 1-2% of the battery to do so. I have only had to charge it twice since I bought it and get days and days of use out of it. (Week usually)

Bought for my daughter along with and IPad Pro 12”, she loves it for notes and drawing. Battery lasts a good while between charges which she plugs it right into the iPad lightning port. Accurate and smooth, just consider using a matte screen protector for a more realistic feel.

As someone that writes a lot, I purchased an iPad, figured out why not but the Apple Pencil with it. And I can assure you I didn't make a mistake.
The only issue is a little slippery but I got used to it and maybe a little too expensive but it's Apple, so.
Everything else is perfect for in my opinion.

It works really well with my iPad 2019 version. I have tried some 3rd party products before but this one is awesome. I want to buy the 2nd gen pencil but that will work only with iPad pro. It's a must-have accessory for digital drawing on iPad. I love it.

As a graphic artist well-versed with the Wacom pen/tablet - it was easy to transition to the Apple Pencil. I found it very responsive with a variety of different art programs on my ipad Pro with the best being Sketches and Sketch Book. There is a slight lag upon placing tip to the screen but its easy to compensate. My only suggestion for improvement would be a battery guage for the pencil so I know how much juice it has before requiring another recharge.

The apple pencil is pretty useful if you take notes or illustrate on your IPad. It slides around on the screen very smoothly (which may be difficult to get used to if you are used to drawing on paper). It holds a charge well.

I was deciding between this and a Logitech version. So glad I went with the Apple Pencil. Great pressure sensitivity and battery life. Highly recommended for those who own any iPad other than Pro that takes version 2 of this amazing accessory.

I have always disdained the use of stylus on tablets, preferring to type notes. However when I picked up the pencil and paired it with my new pro, I have been won over. In fact, using it and switching colors, highlighting and drawing on the fly in meetings have won over many of my coworkers as well.

I am not an artist but this pen tool is very precise and it feels comfortable in my hand. The charging is a little odd, but it seems to hold a charge for a decent amount of time. I recommend this for anyone that needs to draw on their iPad or who are looking for an alternate way to interact with the iPad.

Nice addition to an Apple tablet for illustrations, note taking, etc. The stylus connects to your iPad Pro or 6th Gen iPad via Bluetooth. Line thickness easily varies as it is sensitive to pressure and tilt. The battery is charged by removing the top cap and inserting the lightning connector and lasts for hours.
