The Apple Pencil is great! No more sharpening my pencil or buying lead. I was having a tough time etching in iPad with a real pencil! This invention works great, it acts like the real thing and is compatible with Apple! And with the Nebo app it translates well into Word. It’s accurate and some cases you have to re-write but for the most part cuts certain tasks in half. Writing charts, making flow charts, writing Journals etc the pencil flows like a real pencil. Only dislike is that I can’t tell when it is going to die. If you buy this you will like it, then put it aside for a few days, and if you’re anything like me, you will use a pen and paper cause you are too lazy to pull out the iPad and an app. I rate this 5 stars. Thank you Apple for not killing trees, even I forget and kill trees. Thanks Bill Gates! Two thumbs up!

I am an artsy person, also enjoy doodling. The ease of using the Apple Pencil is above my initial expectation. I use this for work and personal creative projects. The charge lasts a long time too! One of my best investments.

It allowed me to be very accurate on what I was able to pick depending on the program I was using, unlike my stylus where I might have to try to point at something more than once to get the correct location. Has been very good for drawing and sketching programs

I was a little skeptical at first, but have been blown away by the accuracy of the Pencil. It's a really great way to get back into drawing with the various apps, so you don't have to invest in all sorts of art supplies if you're just casual sketcher.

i love this apple pencil. ive had it about two years now and it still works amazing and still holds a charge very well. also when my first apple pencil showed up to my house not working best buy was kind enough to help me out with an exchange so i could get a working apple pencil. will definitely buy again when i need too.

I've tried the writing pens for the Samsung Tab S4, Tab 23, Windows Surface Go and Apple Pencil. The Apple Pencil, in my mind, beats them all with writing feeling. It is larger and heavier than all of the other three, but easy to get used to.

The Apple Pencil works great. We like to use it to draw with. You can charge it by plugging it into the IPad. Also is magnetic and sticks to the side of the IPad. I would recommend it.

This is the best stylus type gadget I have every used! It is great with the iPad Pro. I do a lot of note taking, drawing, artwork, etc. It is amazing for all of that. I was so surprised when I went to my doctor and say her using one for patient charts on her iPad Pro

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she enjoys using it so much. It is very light and looks durable. Works very well especially if you are into digital art. Its makes art work very precise.

This was purchased for my husband who I still don't think really needed it. All of the online reviews and info tells you exactly what to expect from the Apple Pencil. So far it has lived up to that expectation. He absolutely loves it and was thrilled to receive it so I am giving it five stars. Realistically anyone who is not an artist really should save their money and just use your finger to function a touch screen. Yes, it charges in a blink of an eye. Your finger does not need to charge. It responds to pressure nicely. Once again probably fantastic for the artist of the world. That talent skipped right on over my whole family. Overall if you have someone who desperately wants this and only this for their birthday absolutely buy it. I did and he is delighted. If you are a non artist looking for something to write with and push buttons with. Save your money and use your finger.

Let me start by saying I did not want to get the iPad Pro but was a school requirement. I love the pencil!! Works great for taking notes on word and PowerPoint (main reason for getting it). I can't say anything about drawing since I do not use it for that

This is a great tool for the ipad. Its truly a must have if you do notetaking, illustration or creative applications. Works nice and smooth. Weight is good and size is good. Comfortable and natural to hold.

This pencil is exactly what everyone says it is. It's accurate, its useful, and its the right size/weight. But, if you're not an artist, I can't think of a reason to buy it. I got it because I thought it would be neat, and helpful, but I rarely use it.

I just received my Apple Pencil and have to say that I am so happy with it’s accurate connection with my iPad. The tool is so easy to use and doesn’t skip or miss when used on my iPad. I bought a drawing app and already drew several sketches.

Works as advertised. Compatible with my iPad Pro. Have only had to replace tip once in over two years and I think maybe the baby bit it or something so not the product’s fault! Always works and keeps charge well.

you have to buy this to get the full drawing experience on the iPad pro works just like actual pencil, not like a stylus which doesn't have a point for detailed drawing. also comes with a extra tip. used it for 8 straight hrs and still had a charge very happy

I've been using the iPad since the Mk1 and styluses have been key part of how I have used them. From basic rubbery ones to fancy discs to battery powered contrivances I've used them all with varying degrees of satisfaction. The Apple Pencil has blown them all away. Is it a perfect user experience? No, but if I clean my screen regularly they are minimal. Also like with any pen or pencil whether the weight or grip or balance of it is enjoyable is unique with each individual. I find it has a nice weight to it and is comfortable and balanced in my hand. Upon reflection I DO Knock Apple for two things. 1) perfect roundness of it is a rolling nuisance. 2) the port cap and the ipad charging connector adapter are small which makes em easily losable and unfortunately utterly unavailable for replacement months after launch. BUT an aftermarket company makes a lovely low cost solution - just search for apple pencil cozy.

Very accurate when doing drawings feels great in your hands last a pretty decent amount of time before a recharging

This is a must have in my opinion if you have the Pro and you are in school taking notes/highlighting. It's super easy to use and the battery life is great; I probably get a good 8-10 hours out of it and it charges super fast, which was my only original concern.
