Bought this as a replacement for lost pen. Older iPads do not support newer magnetic pen, but the new pens are more expensive, so it's a trade off. Love the pen for working with maps and graphics. Endless creative possibilities!

Feels good for doing 3D modeling on shapr3d. Able to make high precision modeling on an iPad really makes a decent replacement on the go when away from my desktop. Wish this was cheaper though.

Works great with my ipad. I do not use it frequently anymore but when I do its fine. It stays n the case with my ipad, holds a charge for a long time, and is easy to re pair it to the device.

It was the coolest thing ever. It makes drawing and painting easier on the tablet itself. It actually responds to pressure making it able to alternate between a heavier handed line to a softer textured line. Also, there's no lag and it's just awesome..

I purchased the pencil along with the iPad Pro and it is a great accessory. It’s very precise and I was pleased with the product. I would recommend that you purchase a sleeve for it because it is slippery because of its completely smooth design.

I purchased an iPad Pro 9.7 as soon as they came out. I am very happy with that purchase. I thought, eh, I won't need the Apple Pencil. Was I wrong. And maybe "need" is too strong a word. I wasn't considering one to purchase, but I bought one so I could take notes by hand in meetings. That is my preferred method. I was astounded at how easily it set up and how smooth the interaction is between the iPad and the Pencil - almost zero latency. It is a great item. I use it all the time now. I definitely write with it, which is by far the best stylus I have ever used, but doing art or anything else is also a breeze. If you like to use a stylus there is no substitute. The Apple Pencil is definitely the best.

This pencil is by far the best stylus for the iPad Pro. It has gotten me to start drawing again after 40 years! Especially when paired with the Procreate app and the Notepad+ app. Only issue is I quickly lost the top cap, but Apple replaced it within a couple weeks.

The support for pressure sensitivity on the 1st generation Apple Pencil versus the competing (and more cost effective) Logitech Crayon was the key factor in the decision to make this purchase. I haven't really used the pencil as much as anticipated. While the accuracy during initial testing was good, the Crayon may have been the better purchase.

I love this. I use it with the ipadpro and Procreate app. It feels like you are using a real pen and there is no lag time between your pen and what it writes. Check out the YouTube video reviews to see what this thing can do. And my kids LOVE it.

This makes note taking on the IPad Pro a must have! The downside is the price but it is worth it. I don't like the cap being lost but minor complaint given the benefits. Finding the right note taking app is another challenge but one I am enjoying.

Tried a couple of cheaper wannabe pens, both worked good enough, but this feel so much premium, made my work easier! Not completely sure if this is worth a 100 bucks... but it is a very nice product.

Bought this Apple Pencil for my dad for Christmas. He is a beginner when it comes to apple technology but it was so easy for him to connect and learn how to use. He loves to use it! He primarily uses for drawing and taking notes.

I have piurchased many styluses in the past but this one works so well and especially with the Ipad. I recommend it and very highly. The price sucks but doesn't all Apple products prices suck? I am not an Apple fan by no me but it was for work and it works well.

I tried a cheap stylus before getting this one and there is no comparison. The non-Apple was terrible and didn't communicate well. The Apple pencil simply works great, like all Apple products. Spend the extra money. It'w worth it.

I absolutely love my Apple Pencil. Easy to use, charge, and so many great apps for it. I love drawing and found this and ProCreate. Best purchase I’ve made.

Ok, it is the most expensive stylus, but if you've ponied up for an iPad Pro, you might as well take advantage of one of its best features, which is the ability to use the Apple Pencil. I've used lots of different stylus types, including powered ones like the Wacom Bamboo Fine line and the Jot Dash. The Apple Pencil its way superior, much better resolution, more reliable. I don't draw much, but use Notes Plus extensively to take meeting notes for work. Handwriting with this stylus is so much better, I couldn't go back to any other stylus. Fast charging through the lightning port means I don't need any other cables or connectors, and the battery widget on the iPad makes it easy to see how much battery life is left. It is a little on the long side for me, and I have to admit I like the weight, look and feel of the Jot Dash better. However, functionality is more important and Apple have nailed that.

I thought this was an expensive purchase, but after using it I can't imagine not having it. I use the iPad Pro for picture editing and the pencil is so much help with precision and is responsive to pressure for blending and burning.

The Apple Pencil is great for lots of different tasks that I do w/ my iPad Pro. I love the way it writes & sketches. Plus, the feel of it in my hands is solid & not flimsy. A definite buy for those who love apple products & want to enjoy the iPad Pro more fully.

They work perfectly with the apple pencil and they are perfect for drawing and photo shop they are really easy to connect to all you have to do it just plug it in and then boom its connected.

bought refurbished and saved money. was a great purchase, and would defiantly buy again. connected well with my ipad, I use for sketches with procreate and love the ease of use, and how fast it charges.
