The product itself is phenomenal! The pen has some weight to it and feels great in your hand compared to the other models. The charging from the side of the ipad is also very convenient. The magnet that holds it on is again very sturdy, thought it does come off easy when on the ipad keyboard and tossed into a bag. The best buy employees who helped me were great too, they quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent product by apple. This is my first time I’m using Apple Pencil and I’m still learning. I use it with 13 inch iPad Pro…Magnetic charging is great. I use pencil mostly with Logic Pro, it’s so much easier then with fingers…Tried it for note taking and works great. Didn’t use it for drawing yet…Excellent buying experience with Best Buy.

So far, the new apple pencil pro is great, especially paired with my ipad pro m5 13-inch. However, i was a bit disappointed with how it does not pair with the older pro devices. Or maybe that's just a user error.

The Apple Pencil Pro has been such a helpful addition to my iPad Pro. It’s incredibly precise, smooth, and responsive, making it perfect for both detailed art projects and everyday note-taking. I love that the tap/button feature can be adjusted to be more or less sensitive — it’s super convenient and prevents me from accidentally switching tools in the middle of a project. The only small drawback is that it can only charge magnetically on the side of the iPad, with no separate charging option, but that hasn’t been a major issue for me. Overall, it feels high-quality, easy to use, and I’m excited to accessorize and personalize it even more!

Pros- - Completely compatible - Ideal for digital art , note taking. - Superior pressure sensitivity. Cons- - Battery life is okay, charges fast though! - Kind of pricey compared to off brand versions. - Will stop working eventually.

I love it! So so customizable, and versatile! Perfect for schoolwork and note taking, the paper feel screen protector and the Apple Pencil is an exquisite touch, it feels so expensive due to the balance of the pen!I have an Apple ecosystem, so it really helps me coexist peacefully, i definitely recommend super affordable options as well and beautiful colors! I caught it on a Labor Day sale for $80 off and $30 off the Apple Pencil, can’t beat it! I will say check the pencil compatibility, because I originally purchased the newer model pencil thinking it was the model that went with the newest iPad released this year and it wasn’t I had to get the type c but overall still love it!

This is my first Apple Pencil. For my older iPad I had used a $12 knock off. While it worked, I didn’t like its metal tip or that it would turn off while I was using it. This is now years ahead and the feel, the squeeze and tap features, the haptics, and the find my access make it so worth it, especially on the occasional Best Buy sale. I’ve only used this with the Paperlike screenprotector, but I’ve enjoyed it so much.

Expensive but necessary, works like a pen perfect for drawing

Every Apple Pencil device has been amazing. The performance of these devices is stupendous. My only gripe… Is that they’re not actively powered and I know that someday the battery will die in this device and it will go into the trash because there’s no way to replace the battery… So Apple if you see this review, maybe you want to think about finding a way to make the batteries replaceable in these pens for consumers same with the iPad and your other devices upgradable and repairable, that’s what we want. Not smaller, not thinner not lighter. We want value and value comes from being able to fix or upgrade devices the purchased. Until you do that the PC will always be the better option. However the pen is great and works very well.

I bought this on an impulse because it was on sale. To be honest, I don’t use it frequently but when I do, it’s a joy to use and very innovative. It’s incredible how they put this much technology in such a slim design. I can only imagine if you were an actual artist how much more useful this would be. I am probably not the target audience, but when I want to do a quick sketch or hand write notes it’s the perfect solution!
