I recently upgraded my iPad Air and was disappointed to find that my original Apple Pencil wasn’t compatible with the newest model. While I wish Apple had allowed for backwards compatibility—since the old Pencil now has no real use—the new one is a very nice upgrade. The interaction feels even more premium, with improved pressure sensitivity and the helpful hover feature that casts a shadow on the screen, which is especially great for drawing in Procreate. Magnetic charging is also super convenient—I never have to worry about battery life. A solid upgrade overall, just wish I had a choice.

I really like this pencil as it works and does everything I need it to do. Also getting it on a great sale helped too!

It has been a game changer for me. I originally was considering Apple Pencil Type C for my iPad Air. But my wife gifted me this one. Now I realize that the wireless charging is such a relief. And the squeeze and tilt function I love a lot. Overall, it is a fantastic experience. I use it mainly for note taking, marking, and highlighting texts.

I enjoy my Apple Pencil Pro because it helps me accomplish day-to-day tasks on my iPad, and it is also very cool to use. I really like the magnetic functionality and how easily it attaches to the iPad. I enjoy drawing with it and appreciate its clean, modern design. It feels sleek in my hand and very natural to use, which makes the overall experience even better.

Pencil is a great paring with the iPad as I has many features to use , I mainly use to to write notes or draw and it very easy to use and stay charged all the time connected with the iPad.

This is the best Apple Pencil . So far it’s done everything from drawing to practicing Chinese characters no problem. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys those activities.

Apple Pencil pro features are outstanding! Upgraded my iPad, unfortunately my 2nd generation pencil does not work with new iPad. But I have to say the pro is much easier to use.

This is the coolest pencil I've ever had, by a long shot. The haptic feedback features are incredible and extremely useful when you're in the zone and don't want to waste a whole bunch of time switching between tools. The accuracy of the write to text features are extremely good. The one thing that is making me not fall completely in love with this thing (and it could be totally my fault) is the annoying glitchiness when it comes to editing anything that converts writing to text. If you need to add a word, correct the spelling of anything, etc it's SUCH a pain. I don't like having to switch from using the pencil to using the keyboard, even if I'm just editing. Other than that, it's a nice pencil that's a bit overpriced, but I never expected less than that from Apple lol

The product itself is phenomenal! The pen has some weight to it and feels great in your hand compared to the other models. The charging from the side of the ipad is also very convenient. The magnet that holds it on is again very sturdy, thought it does come off easy when on the ipad keyboard and tossed into a bag. The best buy employees who helped me were great too, they quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Super nice for doing homework. The wirless charging is convenient so it is never dead as long as I charge the Ipad, and the haptic press feature is super convenient for switching between writing and erasing.

So far, the new apple pencil pro is great, especially paired with my ipad pro m5 13-inch. However, i was a bit disappointed with how it does not pair with the older pro devices. Or maybe that's just a user error.

The magnetic attaching/pairing/charging is a great improvement over prior versions. I do find it’s lighter, slimmer slick finish quite a bit easier to drop and it always seems to land on its tip … in first couple days dropped several times … thus I found the tips are easily replaceable and available and are the same across all Apple Pencil models.

Its an over-engineered pencil stylus that simply works. I really like the double tap, hover and squeeze functions it has for a really smooth and natural drawing feel. I personally find the double tap a little too sensitive, activating when I readjust my grip, but it's otherwise a great pencil.
