    I did not care at all for my previous Iphone, but this one I have come to really like. The storage is great, camera is awesome, and the color is really nice too. I like the fact that it is bigger also so I am less likely to set it down and forget it. Got the Orchid otter box to go with it and I'm all set. Would definitely recommend.

    Phone was defective when I picked it up. The touch screen is not working and you have to keep doing a hard reset just to make it work. I've even updated the phone and it still fails to work properly.

    The speakers sound is as if was previously wet. All audio sound very low and ringtone is low even at max

    Got everything transferred from my old phone just fine, and everything seemed to be working until I placed a call. The microphone on this refurbished phone doesn’t work in speaker mode, nor for dictation. Talking on the phone is fine in regular mode, but there’s no way to go hands free. Will be returning it. Also, there’s a service message for the battery that it needs to be replaced. Not very “refurbished” this phone.
