Phone came with a scratch on the back and de battery health is 82%, and on the comment that I saw about what’s the battery health before buying was 100%. Besides that it’s okay for now.

Battery was pretty bad and the phone seemed to lag a lot

Was told upon purchasing this phone it would have 90% or more battery capacity. It only had 83% capacity, when I checked it after it powered off at 20% left of charge. I had to plug the phone in for it to come back on.

I bought this IPhone on December 12, the battery doesn’t good. It has only 75% .

The one I got came with some sort of screen or led defect. It looked like a white dot. I noticed it when I turned it on for the first time. I thought it was a glitch or something so I didn’t bother. After multiple times of me restarting the phone it was still there. It was already too late for me to return it since it had passed certain days.

I received this item scratch up not even in an apple box. You can not receive apple care on this item. Which was pointless for me. It should be displayed in description. I wouldn’t buy again. I was able to get full refund due do badly packaged and defectives. I instead order from apple. Little more expensive but worth is. Got a 12 for a little over a $100 more. Delete the pictures of the phone condition sorry.

Bought at Christmas and “battery health is significantly degraded”. Max capacity is only 76%. Would not have purchased I know that.

Typing on this phone as I speak this was the first time I ever purchased a phone on Best Buy and at first I was very skeptical but I’m glad I followed through it works very well and I haven’t had any problems with it so far so the camera it self is wonderful and the phone has no scratches or cracks and works perfectly and the deliver was speedy as well, the set up was nice and easy and was worth the price 100% recommend

It had a 89% battery life and was in good condition. There were minor scratches, but barely noticeable. Works great!

A good deal for the price, bought it for $305, no visible scratches or damage. Reviews had me a little on edge about purchasing but honestly a great deal. Battery health is still at 100% Doesn’t lag or anything. Would recommend

So far this phone is just like having a brand new phone, although it’s refurbished it had no type of scratches or anything and the functions on it are all working wonderfully.

Was honestly surprised how great this pre-owned iPhone 11 looked and performed. Battery health was solid, screen was flawless, and setup was super fast. If you’re looking for a reliable iPhone without dropping a fortune, this is a fantastic pick. Unlocked and works like new!
