    Spent several hours at Avon Ohio Best Buy setting up this phone Kyle was super helpful cuz it kept getting stuck… but good news is it works for what I need small ding by camera but it doesn’t effect anything

    Have only had the phone for one week and it is an upgrade from an iphone 6s. Definitely new things to learn, but all in all it's an easy shift. Phone is refurbished with a few scratches and seems to be in good working order.

    The iPhone had the entire casing and screen scratched. Battery at 65% percent life. And finally, I let two weeks pass because I had to leave and the guarantee was only 15 days. Can you believe it, when any product has a minimum of 30 days, I am very dissatisfied.

    I wanted an unlocked iPhone. However, told would have to go to an iPhone Store. However, Manager Abe Olivar who helped me purchase a Lenovo laptop told me I could purchase a refurbished iPhone 11 was unlocked Also, it is a replacement for an iPhone 6 and would very well

    Still currently use this phone and it does it’s job but 2 days out the store I dropped it ONE FOOT off the ground and now my camera is basically unusable :( Apple items are always so fragile.
