I was skeptical on used iPhones, but Apple product have always been one of my favorites over all others. This is great phone to buy and will last you a few good years. Highly Recommend!

The iPhone 11 that I purchased was not a refurbished phone but a used phone. I went back to the Abilene Tx store to ask about if there was any warranty on a broken screen, and if not, how much the screen replacement would be and the customer service girl seemed irritated to help and even offer any solution at all. I then walked over to the Geek Squad rep and at least he was helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I then proceeded to find another location to fix the screen. I learned a valuable lesson though, pay the extra money and get refurbished products. The Best Buy website could be more descriptive of refurbished versus used differences.

Placed a order for a used iPhone 11 in EXCELLENT CONDITION.Love the fact that the shipping was quick but when I received it the box the phone was packaged in was damaged.The phone I received was not in EXCELLENT CONDITION there was scratches on the screen and on the outside as well

The phone was in good condition but the mic and speaker were broke so i have to get that fixed now. No telling how much more that will cost, so just make sure you check everything before you leave.

Had to return it. The sensor wasn’t working. The screen kept turning black and it got hot charging and using it.

Phone works well..my have been a litle over-priced...BUT I neded it that night, so paing a little extra was not a huge concern

Had to get it fixed as soon as it came. I couldn't talk on the phone because people coulnt hear me. Other than that 10/10
