Screen had scratches, other than that it seems fine. Got it for my father in law that keeps buying cheap throwaway and is always complaining. This phone is an older premium phone so the performance should be good. Still haven’t really tested it, he likes to go hunting and fishing, we got him a solid triple layer case so if anything goes bad I’ll update the review

Phone was practically brand new in a cool looking box. Everything worked as expected and went well. Couldnt have asked for better. Feel like a new phone for a used price was very satisfied. Customer service was excellent making the process swift and easy for a smooth in and out

I was excited to get this device. When the iPhone 11 originally came out, I bougit on release day (2019) and kept it until mine bit the dust in June 2023. I also have an iPhone 13 for work, and I much prefer the iPhone 11's smoother curves and pastel colors. I only took a star off this because my unit had some very noticeable deep scratches on the screen... Other than that, performance is excellent (battery health capacity is at 96%). The back plate is free of scratches, cameras perform as they should. The sound is a bit...low...but, tolerable.

Decent price, fast, updates and transfer were simple. Only complaint I have is it had a tiny surface scratch on the screen that I wasn't told about but it doesn't affect how the phone works.

Great update from the iPhone 6s I’ve had for several years! Packaged great and arrived on the date estimated. Phone arrived in perfect condition, no blemishes, scratches on the screen, or bumps/ cracks! The battery life is amazing lasts me about 2 full days before having to fully charge again! Compared to my iPhone 6s that I had to charge almost every 6 hours or less! I waited a bit to do the review to write a fully honest review and help out anyone that could use it, so hopefully I was able to impact your decision in some way! A great upgrade! Although this phone is pre-owned it feels as if I’m the original order hahaha I love this phone and I will definitely be buying from here again in a couple of years lol!
