Can’t sign in with an Apple ID because this phone is refurbished and too many ids were already registered to this device, AppleCare recommended getting a new device

Bought an unlocked iPhone 11, over the next few weeks had several calls where I could hear the other person but they could not hear me. Figured out it was the phone’s transmitter so I brought it in for repair, only to find out the return period was over, and I had to buy a replacement iPhone. Took 3 hours to transfer data from old to new phone. I could’ve got a new iPhone 13 for the amount I ended up paying.

The setup was pretty easy but the plastic box it came in was broken and the phone has little scratches on the screen. It was not handled with care. I was very disappointed when I received the phone.

Drops wi go every time I leave my apartment! It will not keep data

First one I received looked physically new, but the top speaker when on a phone call didn’t work so I returned and received a different one, the second one I received works fine, but had a few dents and scratches, on all corners too. Didn’t want to be charged restocking fee so I had to keep it and it was a birthday present.

The sound quality was bad, I had to put the phone on speaker for people to hear me

Awesome product, I wish I would of know about this along time ago. This item was the best gift I gave my child. I would recommend this product and will be purchasing another one in the near future.

The battery on this phone needs to be replaced. VERY disappointed with this product.

I was so excited about the price and the looks of my new phone but it turned out to be faulty. Beware refurbish means no good. You still pay with your food money however… I called 3 times to report the issue with the speaker not working and no help they just keep forwarding my call last time the rep said a supervisor would reach out to me I am still waiting 2 weeks. So disappointed…

Everything about the phone was perfect, but the mic was terribly defected. Sounded like i was far away when I was speaking directly into it.

I know it was presented but since it was inside a case I couldn’t see how many deep scratches it had on the screen

Screen glitches and won’t even turn on half the time. 0/10 and can’t even return or exchange.

I love my phone, the employee needs more training how take care costumers

Think the product is good for the price. Would consider buying again
