Speakers defective

The speakers are defective/ sound like the phone is in a tin can. I would think this would not have passed Best Buy QC. I am worried what else is wrong with the phone.

There was a few mid colorings in the camera rings but it’s all good and there wasn’t any scracthes or dents anywhere. Great phone, one problem was I got the early shipping option so it came on dec 31 but it didn’t and it just came on January 2. But we good. It’s just the battery that drains too fast.
