I got this as a gift for my parents! Excellent phone if you are in a budget and want to get something cheap for your relatives that are either too old or too young!

Condition 10/10 no scratches, no problem at all. I got this for a christmas gift and my daughter loved it. It is the 2nd item i buy that has been previously owned and honestly they are brand new if i do say so myself. I will definitely recommend!

Recently I got a used Iphone 11 with Best Buy. This is the second time ive done this because its so affordable. I got my phone for $390 on a 3 month lease which is amazing to me. No cracks no glitches. Would recommend and would come back again.

Great condition and works just as it should. Had a little issue with IMEI number but got it worked out.

The phone came in good condition based off of the looks, no scratches, cracks or any visible damages. The only problem is the battery capacity it’s at 75% which is not good. The phone moves a little slow and battery dies down a little fast so the phone seems to have a few glitches nothing too major. The battery is the only problem I was a little upset, but maybe I’ll just get the battery replaced soon. Still a good phone I just think the price should’ve been lower due to the battery conditions.

Its not the latest, but still a very good alternative. It delivers superb camera, fast performance and excellent battery life, making it the iPhone to buy for many people, especially after Apple cut the price once again.The cameras are very good, thanks to an ultra-wide lens and a Night mode for better low-light performance.

I bought this phone for My mother in law as a gift to upgrade from her iPhone 7plus and she absolutely loves it! She loves the camera quality, and the smooth running of the phone compared to her other, definitely worth the buy!

I was referred to Best Buy's used phone selection by a T-Mobile sales person. I am very impressed with their selection and the condition of the used phone that I purchased online. The product description is accurate. Shipping was prompt and overall I am very happy with Best Buy's service and product selection. I feel "safe" purchasing a phone from Best Buy compared to Craigslist or FB Marketplace. I will definitely return to Best Buy when I am searching for my next phone. Good deals!
