The phone is overall good for a good price I had it for 4 years now and it’s still works. It came with a little bit of scratches on it but it was not a big deal. But when I dropped it on the floor once the flashlight and back camera stopped working, the back camera only workers on 0.5.

The phone is great, way more than what I expected, the screen was a bit sctrached but it didn’t affect the phone at all, the battery life was 100%, like brand new, the set up was easy, everything works so well I have no complaints at the moment.

So far, it is working perfectly. Since i gave it to my daughter for her 11th birthday, the phone has been functioning beautifully well. The funniest part is that she is now her mom's camera girl. Lol

For a iPhone 11 it work perfectly fine and it’s and amazing phone and any parent looking for the kid to own there first phone

This Iphone might as well have been new! There were no scratches and good battery life on it. I was able to turn on service with zero problems. This was a great purchase!

Please don't misunderstand...I love the phone, but the service on the day I purchased the phone was atrocious! I was there for over 3 1/2 hours and was passed along to a total of three agents. The first was not completely trained; the second went to helpat the Geek Desk and then went to lunch; the third finally completed the sale. And that is after waiting for more than 15 minutes to have someone appear at the phone area. To say that I was not pleased with the service at Best Buy is an understatement.

I was a little worried about buying a used phone but since it was from Best Buy I figured it had to be ok. So far it’s great, haven’t had any problems and the price was better than buying a brand new one. So was worth it.

It worked okay it was a little slower than my other one but was a great replacement
