Works amazing! Quality is extraordinary for a refurbished phone

I am very pleased with this pre-owned reconditioned IPhone 1 which I purchased after I lost my phone. The price was right, and the service was great. I added a screen saver which Best Buy installed and purchased a pink protector so hopefully I wouldn’t lose it.

IPHONE 8 is very easy to use. Geek Squad set up everything for an additional fee, but well worth the time and trouble to do it yourself.

phone works great, and still has 94% battery life!

I am tired of paying too much money for NEW any smartphone. I've never owned anything used and always paid a full price for the cellphone. This time around, I decided to give a pre-owned phone a try and hope for the best. Even though the rating on the site scared me at first, then I decided to by this iPhone 11 just for a change. I couldn't be happier for the price I paid for used phone. I do recommend anyone to try it out before you buy another new smartphone.

Great phone! I’m not the type of guy that needs a brand new electronic, so I typically purchase refurbished phones from Best Buy. I’ve done it twice. First, the iPhone X, then an iPhone 11. The first one malfunctioned due to dropping it several times, not because of any technical error. I recommend that if you’re on the frugal side like me, or cannot afford a new phone and need to make the best of it, Best Buy is reliable in providing good quality refurbished iPhones.

I bought this for my husband in December 2023 and it's still working perfectly!

Refurbished I phone 11, was somewhat disappointed battery life was down to 83%. Would not replace battery till under 80%.

I have always been skeptical about purchasing a refurbished cell phone. However, my certified purchase from Best Buy was perfect. The phone was in excellent condition, works very good and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Best Buy has some awesome phone deals and I highly recommend checking the options.
