I bought a gift. This is phone working well. No problem at all. Everything worked well on phone.

Guess what you get paid for is true. Price was good. Phone screen had few scratches. Battery life wasnt great either. Never buying preowned phone from Best Buy again.

Refurbished I phone 11, was somewhat disappointed battery life was down to 83%. Would not replace battery till under 80%.

I have always been skeptical about purchasing a refurbished cell phone. However, my certified purchase from Best Buy was perfect. The phone was in excellent condition, works very good and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Best Buy has some awesome phone deals and I highly recommend checking the options.

Works well as if it was brand new reasonable price

Happy with the purchase so far. The screen came with minimal scratching and the battery is new. The only issue with my phone is when swiping up to display my open apps there appears to be slight fading in the display that could be water damage. However, it is not an issue when using the phone normally. Otherwise beats using my previous iPhone with dead pixels and broken FaceID and a cracked wide angle lens

Not a scratch or a ding. Works as you would expect. My only complaint about refurbished phones is that they should be given new batteries.

Purchased a reburbished phone and recoeved it looking like it was beand new. Havent set it up yet as its a christmas gift but so far im happy with it and feel confident purchasing a refurbished phone again in the future.

There is literally no indication this isn’t a brand new phone. Fantastic quality and everything I could want from a previously used purchase.

It’s in ok condition… the charging port for the phone is really tight. I can tell it will have some problems later down the line and I might have to start using a wireless charging pad to charge it. Also the battery life is no good. Battery health was at 78%. All in all I could’ve have spent a couple hundred bucks more and bought a 13 but my daughter doesn’t know the difference and she likes it so I’m happy for now. But I do think it will need to replaced in a year or so.
