Then I had to go to a store in Downtown Atlanta and pay to have the lady do the rest of the data transfer. What would happen if my I Phone had been lost or stolen? There were zero instructions.

Battery was at 100%. Would definitely buy pre owned from Best Buy again and again! Also the staff was great at helping with setup. Got me up and running also they paid more than fair trade in for my old phone!
