Very Disappointed

I purchased online and picked up at the curb. However, my device only worked for 8 months for my refurbished phone. The iPhone 11 is not accepting updates. When I called Apple support and went through various self help steps with a Senior Tech. He referred me to Best Buy. While there I was getting the same error message I was getting at home when connecting to Itunes for IOS updates. I was not offered any other options before leaving with a 8 month old IPhone 11Pro

DON’T BUY
