We got the phone about two months ago and it was fine until it started glitching and acting crazy days after getting it. We took it to get it fixed but they said there was nothing wrong. It keeps acting up and glitching and we took it to apple instead and they said the phones quality isn’t that great which confused me because when i went about buying the phone it clearly said it was in good condition.

Battery life indicated there was an issue, small scratch on screen.

I DO NOT recommend any purchase from them when it comes to pre-owned or refurbished. Product looks nice from the outside but crapped out five months of having it and their geek squad couldn’t do nothing about it. I considered this purchase a lost cost. Never again!

Not a good choice for easy activation , don't buy .

I bought an iphone 11, it was not what i was specting. So many scratchs and it just worked 2 weeks (the 14 days they give us to return it) Now the phone doesn't charge,the battery needs to be replaced. 400 dollars to the trash.

The phone wouldnt charge and was always dead. They said it was due to recent updates and apparently theres no point in buyin "older models" because with updates they will stop working and theres nothing they can do to fix it. They also cannot remove any updates that cause this problem.

Phone has not worked since we purchased it. Cant hear without putting the speaker on

This is for all old phones Not just for this one There were good ones. But they all have the same problem The battery will not charge but if it does, it only lasts you 15 minutes.

Got this phone for my daughter. And she cant even make a phone call where the person on the other end hears her. Its a bunch of loud static.

This thing came with scratches on the screen and it will not load past the language setting, then it freezes. Best Buy needs to be more selective with the sellers they allow to partner with them. I'm returning to the store in a few minutes for a FULL refund!

Awful experience! Phone was fine unil sim started not working. My carrier said the phone was blacklisted as stolen. This happened 7 months after purchase. Have appt today with Geek Squad. Not sure what they can do. I will never buy used again!

I bought the iPhone 11 128g and the microphone is not working good. You need to be sure all work good before you delivered to the customer. I never come to buy against….

Flawless, not a scratch or blemish on any part of this used phone. The battery still holds a good charge.

Using this phone since months and gifted to my cousin. He is enjoying it. Good Battery with good camera quality.

Only had the phone for 6 weeks and wont power back on. Best buy giving the run around and no support from anyone. First time i have purchased 4 phones from bestbuy as Christmas gifts then they pull this crap. Worst experience ever. Money is not a problem its the simple fact that they sold me their unwanted garbage and wont take it back past the 3o day return or whateve

Charger not original, I thought it came with the original charger

The phone came at 81% phone health. A little bit pricey. But other than that works fine

Works as described. The phone came on time and in great condition. My daughter loves it.
