Was told upon purchasing this phone it would have 90% or more battery capacity. It only had 83% capacity, when I checked it after it powered off at 20% left of charge. I had to plug the phone in for it to come back on.

Bought at Christmas and “battery health is significantly degraded”. Max capacity is only 76%. Would not have purchased I know that.

This phone was in excellent condition as advertised. I have had no issues. Easy setup and transfer of data from my old iPhone 8+ to this iPhone 11.

I needed a phone ASAP NO ROCKY, used but no cracks or scratches, low price anddd!!!! The battery life is still at 87! Thats a steal! I recommend if u knew a phone real quick and if u cant care about the iphone numbers

Overall the phone came in good shape, very easy when we order and pick up curves side. I had my som help set up the phone which nowadays much more quicker when u can just scan code from the old phone and has it transferred thru iCloud onto new one. Been using for almost a week, phone running smoothly , battery last longer than i expected ( however it only based on my usual daily- which i am not on screen or using phone much like young folks)

I have always been skeptical about purchasing a refurbished cell phone. However, my certified purchase from Best Buy was perfect. The phone was in excellent condition, works very good and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Best Buy has some awesome phone deals and I highly recommend checking the options.

Screen had scratches, other than that it seems fine. Got it for my father in law that keeps buying cheap throwaway and is always complaining. This phone is an older premium phone so the performance should be good. Still haven’t really tested it, he likes to go hunting and fishing, we got him a solid triple layer case so if anything goes bad I’ll update the review

Decent price, fast, updates and transfer were simple. Only complaint I have is it had a tiny surface scratch on the screen that I wasn't told about but it doesn't affect how the phone works.

Decent price for this phone for my son. No scratches. Battery life is good. No issues.

It's a nice phone, but it's a tad too big and bulky. Lots of drops and you may have to get a new phone holder to hold it. I went from an iPhone 6 to the 11. Dropped it a couple times since I purchased it 3 months ago, now there is a line on my screen. Super annoying seeing as how I have a case and screen protector on it.

It has been over a year since we bought this pre-owned iPhone and it has been a rock star for my Mother-in-law. We have not had a single problem and is like we bought it new out of the box.

It’s in ok condition… the charging port for the phone is really tight. I can tell it will have some problems later down the line and I might have to start using a wireless charging pad to charge it. Also the battery life is no good. Battery health was at 78%. All in all I could’ve have spent a couple hundred bucks more and bought a 13 but my daughter doesn’t know the difference and she likes it so I’m happy for now. But I do think it will need to replaced in a year or so.
