Great phone! I’m not the type of guy that needs a brand new electronic, so I typically purchase refurbished phones from Best Buy. I’ve done it twice. First, the iPhone X, then an iPhone 11. The first one malfunctioned due to dropping it several times, not because of any technical error. I recommend that if you’re on the frugal side like me, or cannot afford a new phone and need to make the best of it, Best Buy is reliable in providing good quality refurbished iPhones.

Refurbished I phone 11, was somewhat disappointed battery life was down to 83%. Would not replace battery till under 80%.

I bought this phone 8 months ago (Aug 2023) and it came scratch free with it’s original screen in perfect condition. The battery health was at 91. 8 months later and it is functioning as good as new and holds it’s charge very well. The package came with an adapter and chargeing cable which i also still use. Overall a very good purchase.

I am very pleased with this pre-owned reconditioned IPhone 1 which I purchased after I lost my phone. The price was right, and the service was great. I added a screen saver which Best Buy installed and purchased a pink protector so hopefully I wouldn’t lose it.
