This phone works like it’s brand new! I bought it to drive with Uber since my other phone is a text/call only phone, and it’s matched exactly what I needed for ridesharing. It doesn’t overheat as much as my older iPhone 8, and it keeps on going through the night. Honestly, I would refer anyone to a used iPhone 11/12 since they are $200-$300 for low storage. Not a bad deal for how well it performs.

Its not the latest, but still a very good alternative. It delivers superb camera, fast performance and excellent battery life, making it the iPhone to buy for many people, especially after Apple cut the price once again.The cameras are very good, thanks to an ultra-wide lens and a Night mode for better low-light performance.

I was a little worried about buying a used phone but since it was from Best Buy I figured it had to be ok. So far it’s great, haven’t had any problems and the price was better than buying a brand new one. So was worth it.

So far, it is working perfectly. Since i gave it to my daughter for her 11th birthday, the phone has been functioning beautifully well. The funniest part is that she is now her mom's camera girl. Lol

The phone is great, way more than what I expected, the screen was a bit sctrached but it didn’t affect the phone at all, the battery life was 100%, like brand new, the set up was easy, everything works so well I have no complaints at the moment.

The refurbished iPhone 11 I bought my daughter after she broke hers is perfect it’s just like a brand new phone no scratches in literally in PERFECT CONDITION and the price was super affordable!

Please don't misunderstand...I love the phone, but the service on the day I purchased the phone was atrocious! I was there for over 3 1/2 hours and was passed along to a total of three agents. The first was not completely trained; the second went to helpat the Geek Desk and then went to lunch; the third finally completed the sale. And that is after waiting for more than 15 minutes to have someone appear at the phone area. To say that I was not pleased with the service at Best Buy is an understatement.

I recently purchased the iPhone 11 from Best Buy, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! From the seamless shopping experience at Best Buy to the incredible performance of the iPhone 11, everything has been nothing short of exceptional.

Good quality, I would not say excellent condition, the screen shows some minor screen scratches.
