Discourage with the phone and had to pay for a bro

Very disappointed with this phone.

My son thought I must have the sound turned down. We believe the speaker was messed up. You would think they would send me another after returning that one without charging $45 restocking fee.

Bad Battery Health

Had to purchase a new battery through Apple because Best Buy would either return and issue another Pre-owned, risking having the same issue. Or Geek squad would have to send it out to replace the battery. Lesson learned
