My son took it to the local Best Buy and they told him it was out of warranty and they couldn’t help.

Buying a “preowned” phone I was hesitant based on how I see others care for their phones, but I can assure you that when my iPhone arrived, I thought it was a brand-new phone!

Be careful of Bestbuy unlocked Iphones

Ipong getting ready to use the phone i noticed it was locked with previous owners email. Best buy’s receipt does not show the serial number for the iPhones thus apple will not unlock.I have exhausted all of my options now im just stuck with a iPhone I can’t use.I have several apple product but after this I am drawing the line with apple products and will be limiting the money i soend with Best Buy.
