Excellent phone has nothing if scratches on, battery health good and product is the same as it shows

I’ve had this phone for a couple of weeks now and can say I am very happy with it! Both my kids have iPhone 11’s and I paid double the price for one of them and triple the price for the other. I couldn’t even tell it was a refurbished phone. It charges to 100%. This purchase was so worth it! It takes great pics as well!

I really enjoy using this phone because it works just as i expected and I am still using it with only one time charged for almost a day.

I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro because there were no longer any updates for my iPhone 8, and the battery life is double that of the 8, which only lasted about 12 hours without being used. This one has lasted that long while also being used and still have double the battery life.

A good deal on an updated phone 11 pro. My older version was so outdated it wouldn’t accept updates anymore.

Bought this IPhone for my son, no issues at this time. So far it’s been great. When I received it, it looked brand new. Shipping box was sketchy and I thought I was scammed but it was the iPhone I purchased. My son loves it

Battery degraded after 2 weeks. I paid more money to have a phone with a certain battery percentage. Warranty does not even protect you for that quality at purchase for 30 days. Battery replacement is $89 with apple buy the lesser battery and just replace it because I'm sure I paid more than $100 more for 10% battery that is just going to die. Can't remember if that was two 11 pros compared or an 11 and an 11 pro. When I got the notification from the phone that it was degrading. I contacted apple asked them for a copy of my warranty information. Not provided. Told not to worry and they would set me up an appointment. When I went to the appointment I was told there were no batteries in stock and if I went to apple they would have my warranty information and it would be the same deal. Called Apple no record of my warranty. Chatted Best Buy again. Trying to make me an appointment again. Why make me an appointment without making sure battery is in stock. We will provide a "strong note" Strong notes aren't going to magically make batteries appear in stock and I was told they can't order them and they have no schedule to receive them so...??? Needless to say I am going all through my purchase trying to find out my warranty information I asked for on the first contact and found in the features CCR warranty 90 manufacturer warranty call this number. Nope no battery warranty at all. So dicked around for 2 weeks to not even get the correct information but also to be wasting my time completely. Oh and call Geek Squad and find out if they have the battery in stock??? Nope can't because you can't reach the store just the hotline and they tell you someone from Geek Squad will call you back. 4 different occations completely now I have never had anyone from Geek Squad call me back. Have had to start over with support every single time.

Battery dies fast,cant find anything for it. Charger hole is loose

Works great just had a few more scratches (mostly non-impactful scratches at least) on the screen than I was hoping for. Battery life has been good too.

I’ve had this phone for three years now And it is still working in great condition highly recommend.

Packaging:horrible. Box came all smashed and falling apart Charger: after market crap that wears down the battery faster and doesn’t charge effectively. Phone condition: 8/10 pretty dirty and the screen is not the original screen. There is rubber& glue sticking out where it was replaced. Wish that was in the description before purchase. Also got delayed shipping when I paid extra 25$ for overnight shipping.

It is perfect, my granddaughter love it. I was a little scare, but when it arrived, it was in good condition.

I'm very happy with this phone. It is performing as I hoped. The pictures are great! The mic for dictating text messages works very well.

I received it in good condition as good as brand new . Excellent performance from all the apps . I would recommend a friend
