    Phone was used so obviously wouldn’t be perfect, but ran slower than any other iPhone I have ever had and I’ve bought used before, the screen was so warped that the screen protector would never go on full

    The phone stopped working after I bought it and could not use it for even 9 months screen turned blank and best buy neither Apple could not fix it or replace my phone. Very disappointed with this phone.

    I really like the way it worked except when someone called I could not hear much. My son thought I must have the sound turned down. We believe the speaker was messed up. You would think they would send me another after returning that one without charging $45 restocking fee.

    Why do you sell a iPhone when the battery health at 79%? Had to purchase a new battery through Apple because Best Buy would either return and issue another Pre-owned, risking having the same issue. Or Geek squad would have to send it out to replace the battery. Lesson learned
