Phone when doing lives the microphone does not work, battery does not hold a lot of charge, heats up to much

Scratches on the screen. Battery needed to be replaced. Had to buy apple certified usb to lightning cables. Priced lower elsewhere. Real cost was approx. $650.

Best Buy just stole $300 plus from me. I thought I bought an unlocked Apple iPhone 11 Pro for my friend. He goes to a Boost mobile store to have the phone switched to his account and the retailer tells him the phone was reported stolen so he couldn’t get it switched and I call Bear Buy to get this resolved, transferred to 4 different departments and still no resolution

Had this phone for a few weeks now. Works perfextly fine. Haven’t had any issues!

Im disappointed in the phone i paid alot for the phone and it had scratches on the screen and on the phone it didnt say anything about that i got it an hour away so i didnt go back to get another one i feel i was lied too

I like the phone a lot, but it had a bad battery when I bought it. It was too late to exchange when I thought about it.

Too many scratch marks on screen. I understand it was refurbished but this was too old and too damaged to be sold by Bestbuy for that price.

The phone is in good condition and everything works just fine except the earpiece speaker. It’s bad and hardly you can hear anything. very disappointed when it’s from a company like bestbuy and they say it’s refurbished.

Audio stopped working and warranty is a lie. Rejected from a scheduled repair service at the Best Buy in Orange, CA by two geek squad members who at first couldn't find the repair appointment and then stated that the phone was pre-owned and not covered under warranty. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Phone was good overall, it’s only been 4 months tho and the battery capacity is already at 79% which I am upset about.

I must say that I was really disappointed in this purchase. For one I was promised that the phone would come with above 81% battery health which turned out to be a lie I got my phone with a 75% battery health and at the same time I returned it and refunded my money.

The first bad experience from the Best Buy store. This phone is very bad. I purchased online. When I went to the store to receive the phone, I did not like it when I tried not to buy this phone. The employee insisted on deducting $45

The iphone replaces a family member’s other phone. He’s now converted. He still calls it a “android” but hey it works. Quality phone.

Would not charge. Took to my local best buy they had none in stock, so I tried to buy a new 14 Max Pro they would not sell to me unless I activated on a plan and was using for Wifi Only. BS

I ordered a iPhone for my daughter and it came broke and I ordered another one and it came broken I will not recommend

Phone showed up with a nice scratch on the upper right of the screen. The battery life was poor and already at 87%. I’m already needing to take it to Apple for a replacement battery, charge it and it gets super hot and doesn’t hold a charge. Don’t buy from this “refurbished” place. Nothings refurbished just resold

I can’t recommend to use this phone to any one call valume ans listne volume so low. So it’s unfair to use this
