I purchased this exact phone. Upon receiving it I noticed my battery was only at 77%. Best Buy told me they only ship out 80% or better. So I had the extra 2 month plan. They would not replace battery. I spoke to Best Buy customer support and it was a waste of time. Their number is 1 888-237-8289. I asked for compensation…nothing! Just replace phone was all they would do but how am I to know what that will be. I can’t be out of a phone another week! Trust me… Best Buy will give you a bad buy. Don’t expect Best Buy to help you! It is an another broken trust!

It’s really good quality the camera is good but on face time when I flip it blurry but over all I’m satisfied with my purchase and will be buying from Best Buy again thank you all so much

The phone is like new!!! Works perfect, good size and shipping was fast and easy

Had minor scratches on the edges of the phone & the battery life is at 81% which is personally too low for my liking. Came in a unappealing box, but that’s not really an issue. Phone works perfect.

Good quality and price, had and iPhone 11 Pro Max before and loved it so much I wanted another one, would recommend Best Buy

I bought this for my mom, and she really likes it its so easy for her to use.

The phone works great and we were able to activate it without any problems. I could not even tell the phone was pre-owned it looked brand new!

Overall, it was good, but the battery was not at 100%, so that's why it five starts

Only giving it 4 stars because I wanted green, but they only had black. & when music is played aloud, it kinda sounds hallow, doesn’t sound that good. But other than that, the phone works really well. It was technically brand new. No marks or scratches either. I really like it, I’m enjoying it. It’s really an upgrade from my XR. And the picture quality is great.

The phone came with off brand charger and non labeled box. I returned the item because I I was paying full price for previously used with generic packaging and charging cords. No headphones (as it stated). Gave three stars because aside from the $45 penalty return was rather easy. still saved more elsewhere even with the penalty.

I love both the physical size and the storage size. Battery is not the best on the planet but has not been a problem yet.

Great Product! Got it two days earlier than expected, it was for my mom & she loved it it was in great conditions!

The only issue is the battery.Before Best Buy sells the phone they should have replaced the battery when they know that the battery is down.
