    Got the phone in the mail & everything was great.. until I played music. The speaker was trash. I don’t think they tested that out before putting it up for sale.

    I purchased the phone and it didn’t have a good cellphone signal. I took it to apple Store and the phone was defective and I returned to Best Buy and they would not help me.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY . I placed my order on 12/18/2023 … it was suppose to be delivered 12/22/2023 , ups shows delivered Best Buy show delayed. They declined my refund or reshipment . And told me I needed to contact local police department . They also told me my billing name and shipping name was different … I literally got robbed & lost $565 sad ash …. I’ll never purchase from Best Buy again

    So far so good, have to get use to not having a button and the must larger than my iPhone 6. the transfer of data was FANTASTIC and easy. just laid the 6 next to the 11 performed a couple clicks... and B-BAM the new iPhone was ready.

    The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a nice size, easy to hold and slides easily into your pocket. The design is beautiful and the screen and camera quality is wonderful! The sound quality is clear and crisp. My only complaint is that due to it being preowned, the battery life isn’t the best.
